Used these guys several times-Always good experience
Used these guys several times now and always had a good experience.
Although based in Europe the shipping is quick and once it leaves them, its delivered via the UK post service - tracked.
Coms are good as to when the shipping is packed / enroute to the UK.
Good prices - sometimes cheaper than UK retailers and always have stock of what I ordered.
You can even get free shipping if your order is above a certain value.
Off to do another order now.
Recommend.

Kaffek is brilliant what can I say delivery from Denmark within two weeks straight to your door and well packaged. Reasonable price wouldn’t shop anywhere else now for my coffee.

Excellent company to deal with!
I have been using KaffeK for a number of months and always been delighted with the service received. Despite being based in Europe, I am in UK, it is cheaper for me to buy from KaffeK than a company in UK. Delivery time is reasonable considering distance for shipping. Ordering via their website is a breeze and overall the service is excellent.

Regarding the Creamer, we completely understand the frustration, but unfortunately this isn't something we can control. Since the UK is now outside the EU, a specific set of import and export rules apply that we're required to follow, which unfortunately restricts certain products from being shipped there.
We wish it were simpler on our end, and we appreciate your understanding.

Made up delivery times, cannot be trusted
On their website, they stated 2-3 days shipment. It's been 9 days now, and still nothing. I wanted to try a different coffee shop than my usual one since they increased their international shipping prices, but I guess I'll just have to take the hit and keep using my old shop. KaffeK clearly cannot be trusted.
