Order delivered to home stead of afhaal punt.
My order was quickly shipped, well packages and in good condition. However, at sending details I requested package to be sent to afhaal point, which was at De Winter. Instead the order was delivered to my house, but I was not at home. Next day, it was again delivered to my home. What sense does it make to give the delivery choice at an afhaal point if it’s delivered to your house?

Disappointing. I ordered As I Am Dry And Itchy Scalp Care Co-Wash 454g and was very surprised to receive this product thinner and more watery than the shampoo in the same range. Twice. Disgusting.

Quick & free delivery, no extras
I received my products very quickly and in good order. It would have been nice to receive a couple of samples with my order or travel size items of the ones I purchased, but did not. Another nice to have would be, at least for myself looking at the prices which are primarily quoted excluding VAT was a bit misleading, but still understood the total in the end, when submitting the order.
