Easy to understand, fully explained by the independant representative and I am confident that I have made the right decision.
Have been thinking about equity release for a few years now. As a widow with limited savings and no close relatives to consider, I decided to go ahead and find out more about this service. Key Retirement services appealed to me as they offered a number of options. These were all carefully considered, with Jeff Major guiding me through everything that would be involved. All my questions were answered sympathetically and patiently. I was able to come to a decision due to the expert help I received.

Paul Paradiuk was very pleasant and friendly. He was extremely helpful and answered all our numerous questions. We were obviously very apprehensive about taking this step but Paul put our minds at rest and assured us that we were making the right decision. We are now looking forward to a happy and comfortable retirement without any worries.

No Worries!
I got the number from a TV Ad. and rang more as a matter of interest than anything else. I was asked a few questions, very broad brushstroke type, to see if she could say from my answers whether or not I'd qualify, of if more info would be needed to decide. Seems I did qualify, so I arranged for a visit, as it turned out my file was given to Catherine Miller.
On time, organised and pleasantly business-like, she went through the form taking basics and what I wanted the money for, not so much for the company but for me to articulate my list to myself. That apt. took about an hour and a half, and I really had no questions unanswered at the end! Well done Catherine, because friends and family will confirm I do question things a lot.
The following admin proceeded without hitch and anyone I spoke with by phone was helpful and informed as were the solicitors. Catherine followed up as the papers went through the system and was helpful throughout. No Worries, as my sister in Australia put it!

A painless operation
Earlier than appointment but received courtesy call to ascertain whether convenient. At ease almost immediately with agent going over all aspects of enquiry and making sure that each part was understood. Felt that he was there for me with the best rates that could be obtained to suit my circumstances.

One the strength of one short phone call I can't say much - the guy was pleasant and polite. However this email arrived addressed to Mrs Jill Carey when actually my name is Mrs Jill Carey- Stuart - I hope that any paperwork prepared by your company includes my carrect name or it'll have to be sent back!

Never have doubts about releasing equity from your house
I had always had doubts about equity release but after a lot of research by my husband I realised it was a good thing and we decided to go with Key Retirement Solutions. Right from our first meeting with Martin Dyet , the Independent Equity Adviser, are minds were put at rest. There are no catches, everything was very straightforward and the money was transferred into our bank within weeks.
So a very big thank you to Martin who made it all very easy for us.

Five Star Treatment & Five Star Representative
Documentation and paperwork clear and explicit - all options explained clearly. A very friendly and highly professional representative of the company took time to explain the pros and cons of various schemes in detail and no pressure was applied at any point. Key's representative got back to us very rapidly to answer all our questions and to resolve any uncertainties.

a fantastic service, I can't fault one single thing.
Was a really exceptional company to deal with. My personal advisor was Gareth Humphries. He was informative, unbiased and extremely helpful as to what I was looking for. Glen Pike is a very helpful young man, likeable too.
What I like a about Glen Pike is his attitude, he hasn't hassrassed or bothered me in any way, except to make sure I understand it all. He explained everything and answered all my queries. A good salesman just guiding me along. I am still debating the issue, but no pressure at all. I would honestly recommend him to anyone, which is quite amazing for me as I don't trust very easily. Thanks to whoever sent him to me, I am grateful.

I was very pleased with the service I was given.
I was very apprehensive about ringing someone regarding my pension as I was a bit confused, but the lady I spoke to (Gemma) put me at ease and explained everything in detail to me. NEED HELP!! NOT ANYMORE.
What can I say, brilliant, fantastic. Before Graham Moore-Grundy came to discuss equity release my wife was unsure, she had been put off by the cowboys on TV (Rip-off Britain). He came to see us, he was on time, was very courteous, any questions were answered politely, even when it might have seemed to be a trivial question. He put my wife totally at ease and explained everything. I would recommend Key Retirement Solutions without hesitation. If you are looking for Equity Release give them a try.

easy, efficient and excellent service.
I dealt with Sarah Winn at Key's she was very helpfull. She got back to me quickly with the information I asked for, she checked to make sure it was what I wanted telling me all about the options that were available and she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Excellent service, prompt replies, no problem encountered
I have no hesitation in saying I received a good service from Sarah. Any time I got in touch she replied promptly and with the correct answer. If she didn't reply immediately, she apologised and explained why.

I would reccommend Tony who came and visited my house to discuss Equity Release as a charasmatic, honest person with inside knowledge on Equity Release. I felt at ease by trusting Tony Morgan was not going to run away with my money, and would reccommend him to any of my friends and family.

I would like to say that I found Jeff Major extreamly professional, curtious and efficient. He explained all aspects of equity release in an easy to understand manor. He was particularly patient with my elderly mother who is hard of hearing. I would also like to recommend Philip Brown who explained Wills and power of attorney in an equally professional and easy to understand way.

Cuts through all the bullshit and delivers!
Trying to sort out my pension fund was a nightmare, I couldn't get my head round all the jargon and options, Key Retirement Solutions did all the work for me, presented me with my options in a simple format and in a way I could understand, the lady on the phone (Sharon) was very helpfull, guided me all the way and I felt like they cared, I woul give them 20/10, excellent .

OUTSTANDING
We just recently decided to look into Equity Release mainly to afford some Holidays,we discussed this with our 2 Children and they thought it was a good idea,
Checking on the Internet I found 3 possible Retirements Plans. 2 of which I found did not do a home visit ,after receiving there info.
Contacting Key Retirements Solutions they informed that they would arrange a home visit of which we found more beneficial to ourselves.
A Mr Billy Williams contacted us to arrange this visit, which we had.
My wife daughter and I found Mr B Williams very understanding professional explained in great detail the pros and cones of Equity Release, a pleasure to have someone who knew his profession inside out,
No pressure was applied you felt that you were in save hands,
Following 2 visits we agreed to go ahead with the scheme suggested by Mr B Williams.
We would recommend Key Retirements Solutions and Mr B Williams if any persons are interested in having Equity Release.

We needed advice regarding equity release. We had wondered whether or not it was the right thing to do considering our age (57) Mr Moore-Grundy gave us very sound advice and if anything tried to advise us to reconsider as other options were open to us. We know if the worst case senario happens we have always got this to fall back on.

I've got the money so now the work can proceed!
The procedure was straightforward and uncomplicated and I have no reservations or regrets This house has nearly quadrupled in value since purchased in 1989 while I have been keeping it up together. Therefore, I could see no reason why I shouldn't draw on that capital growth to carry out some improvements instead of using savings which were accumulated through sheer hard work, apart from a couple of legacies,.and they do produce some income, pitiful though it is while interest rates are so pathetic. I only have one son and he will inherit well from his father and in spite of the fact I have taken money from the house for improvements, he will still do very nicely from my estate. It was a pleasure to deal with Jane B. too.

Very friendly and patient service where everything was explained in detail
The specialist was very friendly and patient when dealing with my mother and I. He didn't hurry us at all when we need time to think about our answers. He explained everything in detail, in a way that was easy to understand so that at the end of the conversation we felt that absolutely everything had been covered.

Relaxed Retirement
I was very pleased with all the information that i receievd from Martin Hewitt at Key Retirement, it was laid out in lay mans terms, easy to read and helped me make the correct choice to suit me, he even put little stickers on where i had to read carefully and sign. He was very easy to talk to and didn't try to blind me with facts and figures.
