i subscribed to their £39 monthly unlimited usage on the 23rd of march just to find out that my line has been cancelled on the 29th of march. I spoke to the customer service about it and all they can tell me was that the line was cancelled by their fraud department for our usage. They claimed that though i made a total of 1039 mins of call between that period that the last two day which was the 28th and 29th i made 52 call which made them cancelled my number.
I found this very painful as people have already known me with this number and now i can not receive or make call from the number again.
People should realise that this service provider are highly unreliable.

A year ago I bought £10 pounds worth sim card and got some promotional offer on top of that., but I didnt know that promotional minutes had expire dat , so I missed that .When I ask Lebara costumers services where are my minutes, they told me , its expired, I had to use it with that specific time, when was the promotion..
So nothing I could do , because it was my fault , never herd or checked properly the offer.
About 6 weeks ago, the lebara sim card seller who sells in Lewisham centre in London, caught me by offering me 500 minutes for 20 pounds.because I remeber my previous experience with Lebara , I asked him,-Do I need to use this 500 minutes with some specific time ? He said ,- NO, You can use ith within 12 months.I agreed to pay him 20 pounds, came home.put the card on it..Call to check the balance and guess what..Your promotional offer ends on March 2013 .
I was shocked..I went back to this guys, and asked for refund , as he lied to me and guess what ,...He said,,- I am not authorised to give you money back, call to costumer service...How on earth someone is authorised to sell in this country on the street ,, but not authorised to give money back..Anyway ,I called to costumer service , they said sorry what happened to me.. And they will chase up the guy..I waited 7-10 days and nothing happened.So I called about 10 times within 2-3 days and finally ...they offered to refund me my 20 pounds and the supervisor told me that sim card already cancelled and my money will be on my account within 7 working day...
Believe me, I called every week at least 3 -4 phone calles after that promissed made.. I spoke with supervisor who lied to me.. I spoke with costumer services who lied to me again and again.,...that we will chaise up and they will call you back and guess what , they never ever did ...
More then that , each time I called to costumer service I get misleading information..

Guess what , today is 25 of March 2013 and I dont have my money and I never used this sim card.,.
Perhaps Lebara as a mobile company is OK, for making phone calls, but costumer service is very bad. This is what Lebara is .Not the wonderful world of Lebara at all...as they pick up the phone
So If you are a person who don't like to be scammed and cheated you decide what to do ..
I raise a case on 17 of December 2012 that I haven't been able to open my online Lebara account and they said that the relevant department should be contacted me within the next 24 - 48 hours.Today is 25 of January 2013 and after a lots of emails still nothing.I am very disappoint.
I bought a UK SIM and used 5pound of my prepaid amount on data, only to find out that my phone (blackberry) is incompatible with Lebara. This was very frustrating as data was the major reason i sought a UK SIM. However, more concerning was that Lebara refused to give me back the 5 pound to use on calls instead of data. Essentially charging me for a service I had no capacity to use. This unlawful in most countries including the UK and Australia, so lease use another provider.
Hope this is useful to stop other people being scammed by Lebara.
International calls are much easier and cheap this days, and thanks to Lebara I could call my family in Spain quite cheap.
The only thing I would like to have is a better UK rates, because the rates with my other mobile company are better, so I cannot use Lebara as my only company.
In general very good, and I recommend it!
I've been using Lebara Mobile for nearly 3 years, as phone calls were reasonably cheap to call Albania. Only recently lebara changed the rates for the worse, increased the rates by nearly 10p and has left me no choice but to switch to another network.
Therefore, even 1 "star" is too much for them!!!

I recently used a Lebara SIM card to call Monaco for business. Impressed with the rates, but more importantly the quality of call connection. Good to know that I can phone abroad from my mobile and have good conversations without any issues.
I swiched to lebara-mobile about year ago because ot their cheap internetional call rates. They have very good covarage as well. The customer service is very useful. The company is rapidly developing recently and they also have got impressive monthly pay offers. Moreover other big advantage of the company is that they have got limited offer for free internet up to 10mb per day which they extended for about 10 months until now. One of the disadvantages using this company is that the website needs improving because it does not provide all the information needed (minutes and masages left lebara to lebara, how much mb you have got left for the day) I also have problems logging in sometimes.
I don't use my mobile much and was browsing somewhere when I came across a free Lebara SIM card, so I asked for it because their rates looked good. The costs are incredibly low and so far the service has worked without any problems. At 10p a minute anytime to other networks and 5p to landlines this is just what I need as a casual user.
