What is worse is that I have raised this as a concern with their support center about 27 hours back with ticket id #214166 and as I see the status, this ticket is not even assigned a support agent and the problem is still continuing. They just dont care about a matter of such grave importance. They just dont care.
I would suggest all of you to stop making financial or personal transactions or interchange on this website because you might be the next victim of your data being exposed to all strangers.
They have no idea if the order has been processed. had to call them to get it processed. The had to call them to have it despatched. After despatch the order has been sitting with ecomexpress for 4 days and they dont bother delivering. I have made multiple calls, emailed them YET nothing!
Please beware of Lenskart.com modes oprendi. I bought Louis Phillip sunglasses from Lenskart and was shocked to see that they have sent fake sungalsses. I think this justifies huge discounts they are selling these glasses. Please do not buy sungalsses online on Lenskart, you might just risk you eyes. Same sunglasses are available at a prices range of about Rs.150 to Rs.200 anywhere in grey market. When you Buy from Lenskart- 1. Do ask them for warranty card. 2. Check online with the brands website if the prices and design is same. 3. Please keep distance from lenkart.
I got lenses off the website. this was the second purchases. the first was fine. the second sense of lenses advertised in Janusary on the website a monthly disposable, the same product ID now has it has 2 week durability, and I'm told that was a "techinical difficulty".. really.. One has technical errors when it comes to eyes. And then I'm asked, are you seeing a problem with your eyes... which means.. they will not bother about something as serious as this if i said no problem.. these are lenses, they go inside the eyes.. and over due lenses will not call trouble and may never too.. but they are willing to take chances!

I have already placed 3 orders this year from lenskart and have been satisfied every time. This website has the best pricing around. I had only one problem and the support team was friendly and helped me to fix the problem right away.
I lodged a complaint regarding the improper product dispatch ( Order No. 100021159) to lenskart on February 12, 2012. It was more than 25 written communication mails sent to Lenskart for replacement or refund of money. Each time, I got an apology but no solution was endorsed. Finally out of frustration when I shouted on them badly, they took the order (Order No. 100229939) on July 24, 2012. On July 26, 2012 the product got delivered at the destined place. Imagine What? This time, I ordered a bag for my girlfriend and they sent disgusting quality product with a RAKHI (??) in it. I again written e-mails, made calls, even emailed their CEO Mr. Piyush, but no resolution. I mean, if Mr. CEO is this irresponsible, what can be expected from his employees. Its again more than 15 days, no solution. So Moral of the story – “Buy Products from Dealskart in Your Own Risk, Don’t ever expect Good Customer Service from them.” Please buy products from good websites like Flipkart, Jabong etc., but avoid buying from them.
Recently, I ordered a pair of Ray Ban aviators- RB 3025 001/58 sunglasses from Lenskart.com. One for my father and another for my brother (coincidentally their birthdays fall on the same date!). And must say, the professional attitude of those guys in dealing with their customers is really commendable. Since I am a bit apprehensive of making payment online via credit cards and all, I opted for the COD (Cash on Delivery) option whence I had to pay an extra 25 bucks apart from the cost of the sunglasses on delivery. I had some other doubts also, regarding the warranty and authenticity of the Ray Bans I was ordering. I was promptly informed that all products were checked at their labs and passed with ‘genuine and original certificates’, only after that do they ship any product. Also, in case of any defects, my sunglasses would be replaced within 14 days or my money refunded, I was informed. After placing the order, I got an e-mail the next morning notifying that my transaction was under process and my shipment would be delivered in 3-5 days. Got a pleasant surprise when the package arrived via Blue Dart just after 2 days! The sunglasses came with the Ray Ban product manual, stamped warranty papers and billing details. Sleek, shiny and brand new, the aviators were a cool gift for my father and bro! Boyy, were they pleased or what! The transaction process was completed via e-mail and their support guy also called up to confirm the same. Overall, it was a very good experience and I am glad I trusted Lenskart. Will definitely buy again!
I had ordered a pair of glasses and till one week they did not act on it...nor the status on the website was updated... Customer care people always say that it has been put on priority and will be shipped in 24 hours...but still nothing has happened and still waiting for the product...
At first I saw the site and was immediately attracted by the low prices. My husband had just got a new power so I ordered for a pair of glasses. I ordered it on 25th Feb. Even on 1st March they had not shipped it. I spoke to the customer care atleast ten times but everytime they repeated the same thing that they will ship it the next day.
I was browsing along with my girlfriend around and saw a combo of attractive sunglasses Liked a lot. But, I don't have money at that time ..sad :(. When I went back to purchase it the next day I noticed the price had gone up. So I gave them a call, was connected with a live person almost immediately, and they gave me a coupon so the shoe would be back at the original price! It then proceeded to come within 2 days. Lovely website, so easy to shop at.
