On 11-12-12 I bought a power supply from Mac Palace paid for a two day delivery. . I had a problem with my credit card it did not go though so I called mac Palace (India) very rude customer services they said to resubmit my order and they indicated that the older order will be canceled. Unfortunately, it did not get cancelled! I was charged twice! So, I called (India) again, and they said that I would get a refund. I waited one week for the refund to appear and then I sent 3 more emails to Mac Palace with no reply. 3 1/2 weeks later, 12-3-12 I called again and I am still waiting for a refund.
BREAK DOWN
paid for 2 day delivery came two days late
charged twice for one product
3 1/2 weeks later no refund
rude customer services

Do NOT use Mac Palace out of California. Horrible customer service, very rude Indian (guessing by accents) men who constantly interrupted me when I was trying to talk to them about getting the necessary cable or returning the product that didn't work on my Mac. They shipped a video card without the necessary power cable and argued that it doesn't require one, when it clearly does (I have photos). Basically called me a liar when I told them the video card they sent me should've had a power plug with it, per the Apple Store, and said Apple was lying to me to make me buy from them. I ended up having to buy the card from the Apple Store because Mac Palace wouldn't answer my calls and refused to believe the Mac technicians knew what they were talking about. I left them several messages and they wouldn't return my calls for over a week. Paid more than double what I should've for Standard Overnight Shipping ($103.07) compared to DV Warehouse who charges less than half ($50.26) for the same shipping. They finally refunded a small portion of my cost -- took out 35% restocking charge, plus will not refund shipping on a part that was shipped to me incomplete and unusable. I had to pay return shipping without even knowing whether they would refund my money. Out of my $270.07 cost, I got $108.55 back for a defective/incomplete part and now I don't even have the part to show for it to resell. Worst customer service EVER. RUDE and talks down to women. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM COMPANY!
Ordered an iMac power supply for a customer who needed the machine repaired ASAP. Item did not ship for many days. No reply to my emails. No one ever available on the live website chat. Made several phone calls and no answer, not even a message machine. Finally got someone on the phone and was told the item had been on backorder and would ship today. Several days later the item arrived. Item was used. Discription did not state that. Visible burn mark on the power supply pcb board. Blown fuse and a missing/burned off pin on the ac input connector. Obviously the item was not inspected or tested prior to shipment.
Several more unanswered phone calls. Finally got someone on the phone and they've agreed to RMA the item for a refund. Returned the item at my expense. They have now had the supply for six days and no refund has been issued. Here we go again with more phone calls.
Will be calling Visa next.
Update: July 31st. Finally recieved a partial refund less a 35% restocking fee for a defective part!!!!!
Visa's fraud department has promised to take care of this for me!

These people are liars and thieves. I placed an order for 4 drives, and prior to giving them my credit card, I asked that they confirm that I would be shipped genuine Apple parts. What arrived were cheap knock offs. I called and was told to return them, which I did, at my expense. My credit card was finally credited only a portion of the sales price, I've yet to speak to any one there that can 'help' me, nor will that 'helpful' person return my calls. Perhaps they will pay more attention to my attorney?

DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! For all Apple Mac lovers.
After I purchased the product I had a serious phone calls with customer service politely asking about shipping time. I have paid express shipping. After 5 days they still didn't ship the item or even email for the shipping status. Of course, I placed a new phone call and they manipulated with incorrect information's (lied), they treated and patronized me in a disgusting way to make me feel as IDIOT not as customer. I have never had such a humiliating experience. This is more like to me as a Mac Dungeon instead of a Palace.
So when you read this, be my guest and "try" to make same mistake.

Excellent price and performance and an excellent Video Card by a great name. Runs very quite and pretty cool, even under load and overclocked.( I recommend you only Macpalace )
Every time I want to buy computer parts, Apple,PC I need for my office I go first to Macpalace because I know that I will receive excellent products, quality and the best price of the market plus a fast shipment...
I was looking for this Battery for the Raid Card for our xServe. The cheapest price on the web was found here. The shipping was fast.
I ordered a part, and while they took payment immediately I haven't received any notice of when the item would be sent, what the tracking number is or any replies to emails.
I paid for the priority postage however it's been 5 days and still no word on where it is or even if it has been sent!
It is my belief that any good reviews on here are done by MacPalace and are not genuine.
DO NOT do business with MacPalace!

"I may never get my money back from these scammers - but at least I can protect other consumers from their lies.
DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION !!!
MacPalace IS A COMPLETE SCAM !!!
I ordered a refurbished MAC on their site. When it came to me the charger did not work and it had trouble loading discs as well as trouble playing movies.
I sent it back for a full refund just as they had instructed me to do so on the phone.
I had to pay for shipping, of course.
Rather than take the order back, they ripped open the package - threw in a new charger and sent it back "Return to Sender" ...
When I got it, the computer was no longer in protective bubble wrap - would not turn on at all - and the charger still would not work.
I took it to a Mac Store, which I have documented, and they couldn't get it to turn on or charge either. I sent documentation of this event to MacPalace as well...
So - I sent the computer back once again, paying for shipping a 3rd time.
Those shady bastards only refunded a portion of the cost, saying that they have a 30% "restocking fee" for any item that isn't damaged.
Um. Excuse me???? The computer would not turn on!
I call that pretty damn damaged.
When I called they told me the only person who could help me was their Manager - Jack.
Every time I called they would say, Jack isn't here ... or [name removed] has your message, he will call you back.
Today, I find out that [name removed] does not even exist. They have been lying to me the entire time.
Luckily I have documentation and recorded all of my calls with them.
They also tried to tell me that the computer worked "just fine" when they got it. "No problem charging, whatsoever" .... "Turns on without a problem" ... Although, they have shown no proof. Obviously they are lying.
I even sent them the documentation from the Apple Store saying it wouldn't turn on, and they STILL won't refund the remaining amount.
Like I said before. Even after filing a claim, I still might not get my money refunded. BUT - If I can save you from going through a scam, I'll feel better at the end of the day.
Just say NO to MacPalace.
Bottom Line. "

Paid $177.50 for a video card for my Mac. These guys send me a cheaper model that's about half that price. Get on the phone with them. They get irritated and tell me to ship it back, that they'll replace it. So I pay $10 out of my own pocket to ship it back. They send another video card, this time it's clearly just a used video card pulled from a machine. It's covered in dust and rust and hair. The video card does NOT work. DEFECTIVE. I call them again. They said to send it back; $10 again out of my pocket. Been on the phone with them for weeks trying to get my money back. They keep giving me an attitude saying "only the manager" gives refunds. Finally get a refund BUT it's only for $100. I call them up asking them to explain where the other $77 + $20 in shipping is? They said that the part worked on their end and that they charge a 35% restocking fee. 35%!!! Are you kidding me?? Bullshit. THIS IS A SCAM!! This is how they make their money. They're stealing from innocent customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I'm in the process of filing a small claims suit with my lawyer which will cover a lot more than the $97 they owe me. Filing fees, lawyer fees and a roundtrip flight to Glendale, CA. Stay tuned!

I have a feeling it's just one guy selling used computer parts in his parent's basement. They sold me a "refurbished" part filled with dirt, dust and human hair. The part didn't work and I had to pay $17 to ship it back to them at my own expense. DO NOT buy a single thing from this guy!

Bought a MACBOOK PRO screen display assembly off the macpalace.com, I received rubbish service and a faulty product.
They sent an email confirming receiving the money but it had no address or details of their company. Very suspect.
No eta time when Id receive the part.
9 days had passed, I contacted them numerous times, until I finally mentioned I would report their site as a fraud and then they answered and mentioned they would ship the part that day.
Bullshit excuses saying there was some public holiday!
I paid for FEDEX shipping but they used normal US mail. They didn't use FEDEX and I suspect they made some money on top because US mail is cheaper.
When I received the parcel in was in some dodgy box that looked like it came out of a bin.
I installed the part only to find the device working without the camera!
These guys provide a rubbish service with rubbish faulty product. I WOULD AVOID THEM!

This company is fraudulent, dishonest and I recommend that you never purchase anything from them EVER!
I purchased a logic board that tested as non functional and they would not replace it for me. They charged me a 35% restocking fee on a part that did not work and that they would not replace.
Scammers!

This is unacceptable - and I'm still fuming, but feel compelled to say something now - even before MP has responded, though it's been several days since I contacted them about this order.
I ordered 7 XRAID 500GB drives with sleds; 6 that came were the original Hitatchi Deskstar brand w/ the Apple brand on the sticker; the other was a WD AVJB 500 gig.
Problem is, RAID Admin see the 6 Hitachi drives as being from an old array, and reports individual use on all 6 as 33,640 +/- hours!!!!
What a TOTAL SHAM! That's a hard drive with 3.8 years worth of power on time. That's SIX hard drives sold to me as new...I'll amend this review if I get contacted by them.
