New Smart gas meter fitted 22 June 2026. Has never worked. Numerous telephone calls to no avail. Engineer came 19 August 2026. He said we needed a new meter and he reported this. After more phone calls EDF sent a text saying it would be reviewed again on 1 October 2026. This problem does not need reviewing, the meter needs replacing now.
