Out of all the different companies I've done business with on the internet over the years. I would have to say Mammoth Hobbies is the most hassle free place I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was also amazed at the how quickly I received my order. I ordered a hop-up shock kit for my Savage XL, and a few days later I received an email stating the part was on back order. My money was refunded, no big deal, right?
With so many online companies out there offering the same part you would think you would offer potential customers a discount for an error on your behalf.
With that being said, I ended up paying more for the same part from another site which had the part in stock.

man, the shipment arrived exactly when it was supposed to which was a defnate plus. i was also blown away by the output and performance of the 7.2v 5000mah high performance battery packs for my monster truck. i'm practically untouchable now. i'm glad i chose to go with mammoth hobbies, needless to say..... i'll b back soon
I paid for shipping by usps express mail but they sent me by priority mail without tracking. I sent several emails but did not respond. It's my first purchase and I was very disappointed
I was very excited to learn that Mammoth Hobbies had an RC truck from my childhood and that it was priced to sell! I'm speaking of the Tamiya LunchBox. As I did my research Mammoth Hobbies had the best price. And, according to the website, had a LunchBox (qty:1) in stock. So I placed the order, I believe on a Friday. On Sunday I receive an email telling me that there was a mistake and that Mammoth Hobbies did not have the LunchBox in stock. What a bummer! I wasn't mad, just very disappointed! I had a full refund come Monday. Luckily my local hobby store had one in stock and I had a coupon so I paid only $3 more that what I could have gotten it for from Mammoth. I just enjoy saving money. No harm no foul. I just checked Mammoths website right before righting this post, and it shows that the LunchBox is in stock (qty:1) ... so obviously there stock tracking system is not working correctly. I would call Mammoth and speak to a live person to verify inventory quantities in question prior to ordering anything again from them.
This was my first order from Mammoth and I couldn't be happier. They shipped very fast and when I had a question about my order, I received a response to my email inquiry in just a few hours. Will be ordering from them again!
I would like to thank you for sending me exactly the parts that I needed. My wife just bought me the lighthawk aero, and I quickly found out that you cannot fly in - 40° weather which is quite common here in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. I know that I will be ordering more parts, and of course new toys. Once again thank you for your quick response.
I placed an order for several parts based on the availability of a body for my SC10B. I ordered other parts to take advantage of the freight policy. The following Monday a customer service agent emailed me that their stock numbers were not correct but that the remainder of my order would be shipping. I sent him back a reply to cancel the order and that I would reorder once the bodies were in. Any other time this would have been a problem, but to my surprise he credited back my account and said he would notify me at a later date. It's hard enough to deal on the computer but it's nice to know that companies are still out there that have customer service and people that are pleasant to work with. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you so I can place my order and see how the rest of the transaction goes through.
Mammoth had the Servo's I was looking for in stock and at the best price I found on the internet.... add that to the fact that they offer free shipping over $75, and it was a great overall shopping experience. Shipping was very quick to boot.
Mammoth hobbies is my priority hobby shop and get most of my parts from them as they have incredible customer service and prices.
I do reccomend to try and get different shipping options (ups, usps). As sometimes the shipping options are quite expensive for small objects

After placing my order I received an email saying the item was no longer available. I was confused because I didn't know if that meant my order was canceled or what. Because of the Christmas holiday I didn't have time to contact Mammoth immediately, and then on Dec. 29 my mailman knocked on the door with a package for me. It was too late for Christmas, but my grandson didn't care. He was thrilled, but some people might have already bought a replacement. In the future, when they run out of an item, perhaps an email to ask if the item is still wanted before shipping it out? In my case, it was great...fast and in good condition. Someone else might not have been so happy.

I am new to world of RC toys. I purchased an electric truck for my son for Christmas. Mammoth Hobbies had best price on the web for the truck I was looking for.
