AMAZING customer support
Nine months after gifting the Candy Necklace with Engraved Beads (which is gorgeous and high quality!) to my daughter in law the box chain broke. I emailed TG on a Friday evening, heard back within minutes and had a resolution to the issue by Sunday morning! A new box chain was shipped free of charge! I haven’t dealt with customer service this amazing in years! Thank you! I’ll definitely continue to order!

This company is an absolute scam. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from them. Order was placed a month and a half ago. The item has been in shipping for a month and the only response I get is please be patient. This was to be an anniversary gift, but I never received the item. Scam artists steer clear!

Never BuY from them !
I would never buy from this company .. their customer service is terrible . They are giving me a hard time canceling an order within 24 hours . & it was a non business holiday weekend too . ( Labor Day Weekend )
They give no phone number to call anywhere on the web site .
No chat , No live help either .
It says 100 day return policy .. but they don’t refund you !

Our cancellation policy allows an order to be cancelled for a refund within 2 hours of it being placed, regardless of whether the order is placed on a weekday, weekend, or holiday, as the production of all items starts right after the order is placed. After this timeframe, personalized items may already have entered production.
Since each personalized piece is made especially for the individual customer, our 100-day return policy allows these items to be returned for an exchange or store credit.

This is my fourth necklace I’m ordering. I love the quality and my daughter’s love theirs that I gave them for Christmas. It was their husbands and children’s names. I got the bar with my grandchildren’s names. I just ordered my name in a shorter length to wear with the bar. Can’t wait to get it. This is definitely good quality and affordable priced jewelry.

This is a quality piece. It is the second time I purchased this three-ring necklace because my daughter apparently lost the first one, which she wore almost every day. She is broken-hearted over it and, well, being the Mom that I am, couldn't have that!
I had occasion to email the customer service department initially - REAL people - and they (A/K/A Sam) were most kind, responsive and courteous.
I would order again.

I ordered this bracelet for my Mom for Mothers Day. She fell in love with it. I didn’t realize you cannot get it wet and she is 83 so she couldn’t take it off.
It’s now dull and awful looking. Make sure you give it to someone that can take it off or on or you are wasting your money. Gorgeous bracelet but she was only able to wear it for a few months. Very disappointing

I completely understand how disappointing this must be. Our solid gold jewelry is waterproof, while pieces made from other materials are water resistant rather than waterproof. For this reason, we recommend removing them before extended exposure to water, as outlined in our Jewelry Care Guide. I also understand that this may not always be easy, particularly if your mom is unable to take the bracelet on and off herself.
