Very prompt professional service
Very prompt professional service. I was notified of a slight delay getting my order but it only delayed it by a couple of days. I'm very happy with my mattress. The quality and value are good. I shall shop at memory foam warehouse again if I need another.

Sorely Disappointed
We’ve had loads of wonderful mattresses from this company in the past but this last one was thin, flimsy and way softer than described.

Good mattress but poor service
We are very pleased with the mattress, which is comfortable and was a good price. Delivery was OK but not the best. The driver was on his own, handling a large heavy item, and needed my help.
The service to recycle the old mattress was very poor. They promise to arrange it with British Heart Foundation, but it took nearly two weeks for BHF to contact me to arrange the collection, and then the pickup would be another 10 days away. Plus the (6 year old) mattress had to be in good condition to sell, or they would turn up at my door and then refuse to collect it. This is not a good "recycle-your-old-mattress" service.

A few years ago we bought a mattress that split in two after six weeks, the next mattress we bought was okay but it started to flatten and became very hard and uncomfortable as there was no substance in it, causing sleepless nights. The mattress we have just bought from you has been great to sleep on and we have Great expectations that this will be the one for us in the long term. Mattresses arrived damaged
Mattresses arrived damaged, they delivered another 2 within a few days. But I had to store the damaged mattresses for 2 weeks in my small narrow hallway. I did get them for a good price but I wasnt offered any compensation

SEAQUAL FROM MFW EVERYTIME!!
Product: Seaqual 20cm Eco mattress exactly as described.
I 1st experienced this product during a Haven holiday park stay, had such an amazing sleep I took note of the mattress brand & sourced it online through the Memory Foam Warehouse. Having used a Sealy mattress for several years which was honestly NOT a patch on this Seaqual mattress & I love that it's made using recycled oceanic plastics! Pleased it's a UK (Yorkshire) company. It was excellent value for this mattress, quick delivery and well-packaged. So comfortable that I returned the topper that i'd ordered as it really wasn't required! Their customer service was 1st class, responding to my emails well within the hour, 5 stars for that alone!!
Delighted with my purchase, would definately buy from them again.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. Can’t fault it at all. I had an issue with my first mattress where it didn’t flump up fully on the corner. Email was replied to immediately and a replacement organised. Delivery man dropped the mattress off and collected the old one at the same time. Couldn’t be happier with the mattress as well- so comforted and so much better for my back problems!
