Mattresses arrived damaged
Mattresses arrived damaged, they delivered another 2 within a few days. But I had to store the damaged mattresses for 2 weeks in my small narrow hallway. I did get them for a good price but I wasnt offered any compensation

SEAQUAL FROM MFW EVERYTIME!!
Product: Seaqual 20cm Eco mattress exactly as described.
I 1st experienced this product during a Haven holiday park stay, had such an amazing sleep I took note of the mattress brand & sourced it online through the Memory Foam Warehouse. Having used a Sealy mattress for several years which was honestly NOT a patch on this Seaqual mattress & I love that it's made using recycled oceanic plastics! Pleased it's a UK (Yorkshire) company. It was excellent value for this mattress, quick delivery and well-packaged. So comfortable that I returned the topper that i'd ordered as it really wasn't required! Their customer service was 1st class, responding to my emails well within the hour, 5 stars for that alone!!
Delighted with my purchase, would definately buy from them again.

Unfortunately my mattress was not delivered on the expected date as it was damaged in transit, and sent back to the warehouse. However, the staff at Memory Foam Warehouse couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for a replacement mattress to be delivered. It is very comfortable!

Delivered the wrong mattress and then on 2nd delivery and collection were supposed to supply 2 people for the job and only supplied 1. At 70 years of age I had to help the driver.
