Messagestream are way ahead of the game when it comes to email. Their product is superb and the technical support guys really know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs a solid reliable email solution.
We have been looking for an alternative to in house Kerio/Exchange servers and also Google Apps for some time. Office 365 didn't fit the bill as many clients are using Terminal Services and the licensing is a nightmare which left us with finding a hosted Exchange option.
I found Messagestream on Google gave them a call and within the hour we were set-up and I was adding the first mail boxes. I had a couple of queries, which were handled immediately all in all the most painless reseller set-up I've ever done, would thoroughly recommend them.
A dream to use that is, since being introduced to Messagestream we are very happy with the operation of the platform, the support levels received and the total lack of any issues. The standard filtering provided with all hosted exchange accounts is fantastic.
Communication provided regarding new and upcoming products has been second to none.

I have used this service for only a few months, and just completed our third migration. It just works!
Support team are prompt to respond, with a qualified, decent response. A phone number would be nice, but the ticketing system does the job.
The system is simple to work with, and we have been able to allow very basic level administrators complete most of the works.
I have high hopes for our continued relationship.

I remember the first call I made into Giacom many months ago when I decided to explore cloud based mail services. The first impressions Stephen gave me were excellent and up until we made the move his approach remained consultative, not pressured and answered every question I had. I was thinking this is too good to be true, its got to be more difficult that this.
It took me over 8 months to decide to migrate our Exchange services to the cloud from our dying SBS 2003 server. Why so long? All the usual concerns really. Nervous on the migration, was it going to be as easy as Stephen said it would be?, what if I lose my email?
As it turns out I migrated over 30 mailboxes, upgraded 8 Outlooks editions and all supported by their team of Pre & Post sales teams it went seamlessly. Not bad considering my knowledge base. I did the migrations over a weekend and spent the Friday preparing new Outlook profiles for the switch over.
I only issue we had was with the Global Address Book not downloading. That was solved by a quick call into the Damien in the Giacom Support Team who regenerated the address book and within 24hrs we were firing on all cylinders......BINGO!
All I need to do now is migrate the other part of our business. So............if you want a hosted service provider put Giacom at the top of your list, you won't be disappointed.
Our company has recently joined the reseller program at Messagestream, and all we can say is what a fantastic service they provide. Unlike other reseller programs, there are no pushy targets and badgering salesmen on your back. Additionally the system is extremely straight forward to administer, and combined with the branding capability I dare you to find anything else in the market place that really compares. I've set up some demo accounts with a view to moving some of my customers from another hosted exchange provider to messagestream.
So far I've found the user interface really easy, the product good, and the support (which I needed once - and turned out to be my error) very fast and helpful.
I am extremely happy with my purchase, having moved from OVH I have found your control panel to be both responsive, sleek, fast and easily navigable. To date your customer support has been almost instentanious (No one knows how to spell that word, not even Google!) and the quality of service is outstanding. The service is outstandingly fast and even with the sync between my iphone, ipad and workstation it works almost instantaneously.
For the price i am paying i find it an outstanding level of service and am well and truly looking forwards to offering your services to my customers as well as migrating my own company over to your services as well.
I have been looking for and tested several cloud based Exchange services but have to say that MessageStream provides by far the best!

From the first online chat with the sales agent to the use of the service (which to date has been faultless), I have been very impressed with Giacom and I am delighted to have chosen them as our hosted Exchange provider.
This is such a good deal and the support is excellent. I had loads of issues transfering the pst files but Giacom were really patient and helpful and I could always talk to someone on the phone - no automated answering service nonsense. I would recommend Giacom to anyone considering moving to a hosted exchange.
We have only been using Giacom for a short time, the set-up was easy and painless, any questions we did have were quickly answered.
The system is fast and so far has been very reliable, access from anywhere and on mobile devices is great and not having to maintain our own mail server a huge advantage.
Only minor niggle relates to payments, you can't pay by direct debit which is a bit of a pain.
We migrated from another hosted provider and as well as halving our costs, we are getting significantly better service and support.
The platform is also very well laid out and easy to use.
Basic email works well and the management tool is easy to use however I would like to have the ability to send emails using multiple from addresses which is something that is not yet supported.
Though the support desk has been very helpful I would have liked to be able to help myself with some of the issues and the online support material is not comprehensive enough to allow this.
This was the perfect solution to my business requirements with excellent help from Giacom in setting things up. The easy interface with any pc and my iPhone means I can access my e-mails where ever and when ever I want and I would recommend it to anyone.

Having been in the I.T industry for more years than I can remember, I have been used to using hosted services for many years.
Having come across MessageStream from one of their marketing runs, I initially dismissed them due to already having an established product from one of their competitors.
What a mistake I made in waiting.
After giving them a go, the setup was seamless, questions answered honestly and promptly and direct access to the support team to answer all those silly on-boarding questions.
Now nearly 3 years later, there is still no-one around who can match not only their pricing, but also service.
I've lost count of the number of other support companies I've recommend MessageStream to. The vast majority of those switching as well with them and their clients seeing huge improvements over their previous vendors.

The pricing structure works great for a smaller business like myself to get a hold of. The staff are very easy to chat with and very responsive to questions. It was very simple to get my customers moved from my own hosting server to a more reliable and flexible one with them. I transferred our email services to Giacom recently. It surprised me how easy it was to do. We then needed to change our email addresses due to a company name change and the team and Giacom were absolutely fantastic. When you choose a supplier based on price, you often have to sacrifice service, but not with Giacom. Whilst their prices are the cheapest, they obviously care about their customers and delivering good old-fashioned customer service.
