Can no longer log in to Minecraft, migrate account or import to Mojang. Everything I have tried leads to a dead end a loop that leads nowhere. Wrote TWO times to the support in a month time through their online contact form, and not a single answer. Also tried to contact the support with the email pointed out on the PayPal payment from, which was email@example.com and guess what, this came back.

Long story short, I feel cheated out of my money in a very direct way.
If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would go for it.
I am going to go from 1 start to 4 and here is why.
I was recently contacted by Mathias from Mojang who actually helped me get back my account and in general, provided a "fix it all" service, which I very much appreciate.
