Nem imødekommende hjemmeside, jeg har købt spil hos dem og blev ikke snydt :D
Man bliver løbende holdt opdateret med det hele, meget godt indtryk.

Mest i mødekommende virksomhed, jeg nogensinde har mødt! :)

Jeg syntes Mojang har gjort et formidable arbejde i at holde mig, og mine venner opdateret på hvad der sker, både spille mæssigt men også omkring deres website :)

Jeg er vild med måden de har valgt at kommunikere med deres kunder. Hvis du ikke selv har prøvet det, så besøg deres Mojang.com og oplev det!

Utter rubbish! (updated)

Can no longer log in to Minecraft, migrate account or import to Mojang. Everything I have tried leads to a dead end a loop that leads nowhere. Wrote TWO times to the support in a month time through their online contact form, and not a single answer.
Also tried to contact the support with the email pointed out on the PayPal payment from, which was support@mojang.com and guess what, this came back.

We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:

* You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.
* The owner of the group may have removed this group.
* You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post.
* This group may not be open to posting.




Long story short, I feel cheated out of my money in a very direct way.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would go for it.




UPDATE!

I am going to go from 1 start to 4 and here is why.

I was recently contacted by Mathias from Mojang who actually helped me get back my account and in general, provided a "fix it all" service, which I very much appreciate.

Thank you Mathias, these 4 stars are there thanks to you.
4 Stars because it took the mailS I sent over a month to get to the support.

Anyway, thumbs up for the help.
