I have found my favourite online supplier of icebreaker!
Fabulous service from Natureshop, thank you, I love my icebreaker boy shorts underwear and beautiful oasis Crewe top in turf (so nice to have a change from black!) in 200 weight and an atlas top in 150 weight, have started wearing these layers for cycling and yoga and I'm very pleased with the fit (I can move easliy), and most importantly warmth without bulk, it's also great that I don't have to wash the tops with every wear as they truly do not hold odour. I am recommending icebreaker and Natureshop to all my friends, especially to those who complain about feeling the cold!

Great. Good products and good prices.
Good prices. Easy buying process. I took a great offer in a Vibram Fivefingers, a lot cheaper than usual.
One week to ship to Spain. So everything ok.
Just to complain a bit, it would be great to have a bigger catalog and some products in the kids barefoot shoes section.
Anyway, for sure I will buy again.

Nature Shop Rocks - excellent products, excellent value for money, excellent customer service...and excellent delivery service - what more could you ask for?
I'm always shopping around for cheaper deals on the products I love - difficult when you also want to shop ethically; Nature Shop seems to stock the perfect products for me, and ethical shopping is one of their focuses.
They have the best range of Icebreaker this side of New Zealand, and always have some special offers - perfect for squeezed budgets like mine.
I often buy several things knowing I'll be sending a few back: their returns service is definitely one of the best I have come across - just use their return sticker on the inside out bag it came in, and drop it at the post office. The money is always credited back as soon as the parcel arrives with them.
Every contact I've had with Nature Shop has been well dealt with and a positive experience - they really are a pleasure to work with.
Thanks Nature Shop - for being overall brilliant, and stocking such a perfect range of stuff. I'll be really sad to lose them when I move to Canada this summer - do you have a team over there??

Great customer support and product selection
Nature Shop is definitely my first choice when it comes to Icebreaker products. A better selection and better offers than any other store; more product sizes and colours than anywhere else, prompt customer service, and a great returns/exchanges policy. My only complaint is that stock status is not available in real time so I've had a couple of occasions where I've been notified that an item I've ordered is out of stock a few days after I've put my order through. It's a minor complaint but the only one I have!

Sandals that fit like a glove
Was wanting a pair of Keen sandals and took a liking to the Kanyons.....managed to try a pair of these and also the Newport H2 in a store in London . After trawling the Internet I chanced upon Natureshop and was amazed to find a pair of Newports in my size in stock in a great colour scheme and all for an amazing price . I duly ordered and received 2 days later via Royal Mail tracked service......great service.....wish every retailer was like Natureshop......will be sure to use again for further purchases......thanks to all at Natureshop . Anyone out there looking to buy a pair of Keens? Go on....super comfy and they fit like a glove.....ha ha

Fast dispatch and good service

Great Product, great service and a great price.
I had ordered what I wanted from another site and then they cancelled my order due to lack of stock and I was left without the thermals I needed 3 days before i was going skiing. I found what I needed on Nature Shop at a cheaper price ordered them and they were delivered, the next day so I could go skiing and not have to worry about getting cold.

Trustworthy
Very quick delivery but return not so - had to chase them up as beginning to wonder what had happened - profuse apologies and reassurances though and all ended well - will use again for sure - that merino is addictive

Overall good but one product different from ordered
The quality of the icebreaker products - as always - was excellent. One issue however was that the leggings ordered were different from those actually sent. Not significantly so, but a different weight of merino fabric. However, the response times when I queried this were good. More care should be taken with this, but the end product was still impressive. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the Chaco boots. Having had very very good experience with Chaco sandals I decided to try the leather boots, but after only casual wear over 2-3 months, the material on the inside was already wearing off and I had to get them repaired. This is disappointing from such a brand - especially one that brands themselves as good for the environment and with long-lasting products.

The most cool comfy warm stylish Eco boots out there!!
I purchased the Sorel Cozy Joan winter boots from Nature shop and have hardly taken them off for two months!!
I love them!! And so does everyone else, had Soo many comments.
They are everything I was looking for, Really unusual, made of insulated felt, with a fur lined top and cute stitching down the back. They also support your foot really well with the super comfortable removable padded liners inside.
My feet stay really toasty and they are also easy to slip on with the little side handles round the fur top.
These are the best winters boots I've ever had and can definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a winter boot that have something special about them and are super comfy and warm too!!

A winner in product quality and customer service!
I would highly recommend Nature Shop to anyone of my friends- as I actually have many many times. This store has high quality products with unbeatable prices. The shopping experience has always been easy and smooth with zero problems so no complaints there.
Delivery could be itsy bit quicker (since the products are soooo amazing you wouldn't want to wait a minute longer than necessary), but the delivery times are well within reasonable limits so that's not a problem for me either.
Will definitely be a returning customer!

Great shop!
Unfortunately, the first Snug Lisa slippers I bought were defective. After using them a couple of times, the front of the slipper got unsewed and the top leather got detached from the sole. It was clearly a defect in the product.
I just had to email the pictures and they were promptly substituted with another pair of slippers of my choice! Customer Support was great, very fast replies, very kind and professional.
My new slippers (Decorpele backless) are very very nice. They fit perfectly and are very warm. The wool inside is not too thick (as in the Snugs ones) so they are very comfortable to wear.
Thanks Nature Shop for the great service! I'll definitely buy again from your shop!

Great product - does just what the name says
I was given an Icebreaker mid-layer for Christmas and was so impressed with it I decided to get a base layer. The prices at Nature Shop were good so I got a bit carried away and bought 3! They are superb - versatile so I use them for work and in the great outdoors, amazingly unbulky, and surprisingly soft (my initial worry was that they might be a bit tickly). Since then I have recommended them to all my friends, along with Nature Shop as the best place to get them - I just hope they followed my advice!

Caveat Emptor "buyer beware"
Previously bought from Nature Shop without problems.
However, responded to an email advertising up to 80% off certain items.
Was initially pleased to see a pair of shoes that I had looked at before at 50% off and in drop down menu in my size.
I quickly snapped them up and keenly awaited their arrival.
This is where the problems started!
I was sent the wrong size, I flagged this up via support@natureshop to be told that I had ordered the wrong size. They sent me a screen grab that did not correspond to the confirmation email that had been sent-which by the way clearly demonstrated that I was telling the truth. I pointed this out and their response was that the shoes only came in full sizes and whether I wanted a smaller size? Er no! I want a pair that actually fitted and corresponded to my order. I went back to the original email which still showed a pair of these shoes in half sizes. They then said it must have been a mistake on the order confirmation, I don't think so as the confirmation email was exactly what I had contracted with them to deliver. This begins to verge on mis-representation and a "mission" failure i.e. not a"superb customer experience". As internet shopping requires an element of trust between buyer and seller I would suggest that people be extremely circumspect when using this company, since if there is a problem the policy appears to be "blame the customer"
