Fast shipping, well packed and item in excellent condition.

Very fast delivery of the game (#32084896). The game arrived in its original shrink-wrap and with a working code for cosmetic items. I searched many stores for my game, but each one charged a lot for shipping. Nedgame, however, has everything at very good prices.

Buying games one day and have them immediately sent to you is great. Their customer service either online or at physical store is friendly and helpful, the answer time when having issues is short , I must say I only had around two issues in 9 years a customer that buys game often. You can tell these is a store owned by game lovers for all time players. They have good offers every now and then. Prices might bit higher compared to a media market for new releases but you get reassurance and good quality service. As long they will be doing what they do they will always be my first stop when thinking to buy a game in NL

Everything was PERFECT in this purchase. First of all, the products I needed were all available, while being sold out on other websites, including the brand-official one. Moreover, the prices were lower than on websites of the competition (where I found the same exact products at least 5 euros more expensive, with shipment in 12 days /preorder). If all of that was not enough, shipment was VERY FAST. I sent the purchase order on Saturday morning, and the parcel arrived at my house on Monday.

Since moving to the Netherlands, this has been my go-to store for buying physical copies of video games. Unfortunately, with Sony's recent decision, we can no longer buy physical copies of their games, but I will continue to buy Nintendo Switch games 1 and 2 and collector's editions.

I bought 2 PS4 games, Bloodborne goty edition and The last guardian, 1 PS2 game Tarzan Freeride , and 2 dvd's Happy Feet and King Kong

All came in perfectly on time, and each disk was in amazing condition, no scratches, brand new out of the box, no damage to the covers either. The games are amazing and really added something to the boys their game room. Same with the Dvd's they are a very nice addition to the collection!
