Poor Customer Service

Nextbet cancelled my winning bet from Moto3 GP then when I contacted them I had to sit on the phone for 25 minutes whilst they worked out who won the race.

CHACE from customer service was absolutely useless and could only comment we are waiting for the traders.

I tried live chat and guess what I got CHACE once again who could not provide me with any update on my enquiry.

I told him results online 15 minutes ago and presentations on Foxtel were already completed.

Poor customer service all around and who would of known if I would have received my winnings if I didn’t watch the race and contact Nextbet

I cancelled my Nextbet/Draftstars account once I was paid my winnings.

FIRST OF ALL NEXTBET MAIL WILL GO TO DAFABET ONLY THEY REPLY YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED TO US. THEN WE WANT TO REPLY AS NEXTBET VERY WORST. IF YOU WITHDRAWAL MEANS THEY WILL ASK YOUR ID DOCUMENTS TO SEND THERE'S NO OPTION TO UPLOAD ALSO CONTINUES AGAIN AND AGAIN AT LAST THEY WILL SAY STILL DOCUMENTS NOT RECEIVED. SOMETIMES IT GOES SO MANY MONTHS AND THEIR AGENT WILL NOT REPLY PROPERLY. THEY WILL REPLY CONTINUOUSLY COPY-PASTE MESSAGE ONLY VERY VERY WORST.

I have deposit 5000 inr and 1000 inr deposit not added so many time same problem play with crypto

I am facing continuous withdrawal issues with Nextbet (associated with Dafabet).
Important point: I received an official email confirming that my account is VERIFIED (dated April 6, 2026).
Despite this:
Multiple withdrawals (₹5,000–₹9,000) are auto-cancelled after waiting
KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, selfie) submitted multiple times
Still being asked to submit the same documents again
Emails say “withdrawal is being processed” but no payout happens
This clearly shows inconsistency: Account is verified, yet withdrawals are blocked and KYC is repeated.
This is not a delay — it appears to be a pattern.
I have proof of:
Verification confirmation email
Withdrawal cancellations
Repeated KYC requests

Different issues , different fees . I ended up almost losing all my savings to there scheme . It’s a long story, one i definitely cannot explain on one post . Buttom line is stay away from them and if you already did , I was thankful to have got in touch with Lazoronix claim who was able to claim and if you’re reading this , can know there is hope .

Nowadays they start scamming people money even I give you my username is Fitah252

Big scam! I made deposit 634 USDT and placed bets, 15 minutes later my account was locked. They stole my money and don't even want to give back my deposit.

I didnt take bonuses or create multi. It was my first account. Support is incredibly annoying, but I finally managed to talk to them. I am from Poland and placed bets on polish leagues. I have never had such a situation in my life.

DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS !!! STAY AWAY !! Be aware, they do not allow withdrawal. Thieves and SCAMMERS!
THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO EMAILS IN OVER ONE YEAR ! The chat is always available, but they cannot do anything, of course.

Trying to withdra funds but asks to upload verification document.
Option 1) You will upload from portal, spinner will keep loading and will never submit.
Option 2) Support asked to submit on documents support email , Once sent mail you will not receive any acknowledgement mail neither they will ever reply.
So stay away and never play
