Great dining table and chairs
We ordered a dining table and 4 chairs which were delivered within a week. We are absolutely delighted with the items. In fact we have ordered other items since! Great quality, well made and very stylish.

Ordered twice, perfect & received earlier than expected
First ordered a bed. Site & email stated 5-7 wks, it actually came two weeks later (after confirming suggested delivery date with courier of course). Ordered the rest of bedroom furniture. Some items stated 14-16 wks, fine by us, but lovely to receive suggested delivery date come through after just 8 weeks, for a few days later. Even better that it was a Sunday. Both times, the courier BJS services were great with communication & polite/careful with delivery. The text/email communication from them, confirming suggested date & clicking once is so easy. Calling us when they are on thier way, also great. Furniture came already assembled, apart from bed. Brother in law who assembled it, said it was beautifully made with care. Thank you to both companies x

Extremely happy with the whole process from ordering the new bed to the delivery, my wife is over the moon with the new bed it is very well built and looks fab in the bedroom , we would have no problem ordering another new bed if and when required, thanks for a great experience.

I purchased some painted bedroom…
I purchased some painted bedroom furniture from Oak&More. The paint has bubbled and is dropping off. They told me to go to B&Q to get some paint which turned out to be the wrong blue. I told them this and they were very unhelpful saying there was nothing they could do. The furniture is only 3 years old and paint is dropping off all the items. I am disgusted with the lack of help and poor quality of furniture. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company who need their furniture to last more than three years.

We would like to clarify that we have not dismissed your concerns. As your furniture is now approximately 3.5 years old, any claim relating to an alleged manufacturing fault falls under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these circumstances, we require an independent inspection report confirming the presence of a manufacturing defect before we can investigate the matter further.
Based on the photographs and information provided, we supplied the correct paint code to assist with a touch-up. However, painted furniture will naturally experience wear and tear over time, and paint batches can vary, particularly after several years. For this reason, we always recommend testing any touch-up paint on an inconspicuous area first, as an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
We are disappointed to read comments suggesting that we were unwilling to help, as this is not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide. We have assisted throughout the process and offered guidance based on the information available to us. Equally, we must follow the legal framework and procedures that apply when assessing concerns raised several years after purchase.
We pride ourselves on the quality of both our products and customer service, which is reflected in the thousands of positive reviews we have received. While we regret that you feel let down, we remain willing to review any independent evidence of a manufacturing fault should you choose to obtain it.

Simple purchase on the website. Was advised of 3 month wait for delivery of items which was not a problem. Great delivery experience with BJS. Advised of delivery day then received a phone call from the driver 45 minutes prior to delivery. All round a great experience from all concerned, thank you 👍

Superb company. They arrived on the dot, came up to the second floor, placed the chest of drawers where I wanted it, cleared up all the cardboard and left everything tidy.

Buying excellent, delivery incompetent
The buying experience was excellent with no complaints at all.
However the delivery of items by BJS was incompetent with some damage to driveway as well as one item. I have written to Oak & More following advices from the delivery company to take my complaint through them. I await a response...

Travelled from leicestershire to Rotherham, after a horrendous slow journey on a hot Sunday afternoon when time was going against us the staff were fantastic, asked us what we we were looking for then pointed us in the right direction and left us to view ,we decided on the the Thetford dining table and 4 Warwick oak chairs,all paperwork was sorted and they allowed us to ring another day about delivery as my kitchen wasn't quite finished,even gave us cold drinks before our return journey home ,lovely staff and furniture

Thurrock Store - Fabulous
Today we visited the Thurrock store and was served by Saj. We couldn't have asked for better service. Saj was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not feel pressurised to make a purchase and was given space to make our decision. We ordered a table and chairs which I am confident we will be delighted with.

Great product, great service...
I ordered a Bradwell sideboard on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday, came complete and fully formed and looks as good as in the pix on the website. Couldn't be happier. Great product, great service and certainly highly recommended. And I can tell ya, that's a rare thing these days.
