I like it handling time. Within 15 minutes I got room booked.

However I made it 4 stars because it accept Credit Card but only charge AE for a little bit "higher" then Visa or Master.

came across this website while looking for a good quality hotel at a reasonable price in new york and was not disappointed

At that price GREAT

The price that I paid (£14.20) per day in May was about the lowest that I could find on the Algarve
The rooms were clean and towels changed daily I stayed for ten days and the bed linen was changed often enough (4 times) Breakfast was simple and you can pay for this daily if you wish.
The reception staff was VERY HELPFUL!! and used the computers and phone to access the information I required on many occasions.
Although it was very cheep the service was great
Only downside was that the televisions in the rooms had only BBC news in English
Although the TV in the bar had many programs to watch and was not busy so I was able to pick what I wished to watch.

Website price did not match the actual hotel rate.

I initally booked a hotel on line and the payment was not processed despite my credit card company confirming my account has been debited.
After taking the initiative and calling olotels they advised that the rate on the website was not the actual rate of the hotel and it was actually £35 a night more than advertised.
I cancelled this booking as it was now out of my price range.
Looking for an alternative hotel just 2 days later I found the same hotel at the original price and was able to book no problem!!
A very frustrating experience and the customer service agent was very rude and did not explain very well, it took a call back from the manager for me to actually ascertain what had happened with the original booking.

A good one night

I tried Tibshelf for a change as I normally done like motorway service hotels and was pleasantly surprised. I will be staying again.

Best price

I was looking for a room at a special hotel in Stockholm, Sweden, were some friends had already booked their room and I found the best best price on Olotels. The booking was really easy and I was pleased that the customer service took contact with me to check that the reservations they had received were what I had booked.

I didn't know about olotels but went through trip advisor to find a hotel in Hilton Head and olotels had very good rates. The website was clear and very easy to use. The follow up was immediate, very efficient.

EDIT: My case was resolved after calling their costumer service. Yet I faced several difficulties as the terms and conditions were not clear on booking time (at least to me) and their website suffered several error when I attempted to log-in, reset password, send contact form and make payments. Also the automated email had some typos regarding the amount of deposit and the dates which confused us. The site definitely needs improvement since the error messages are several and important and this is a pity since the costumer service on the telephone were really helpful.
The deal offered through the website was very good, but we had the afrementioned difficulties until we had it.

Very good deal

It was the first time that I used Olotels website, and I was very pleased with it.
It gave me the best deal for an hotel in London,
I had a problem with my voucher and they contacted me straight back with the solution,
So thank you

Booked and paid but no conformation

Booked a hotel in London for about 2 weeks a go. It was successful and we paid as well. We saw the costumer number and so in om the site. But We didn't recived any conformation or papper to show at the hotel that confirms our booking. We have tried to contact the costumer service 3 times with no answer. We feel dicived and we are very disapponted.

Very satisfied

We were 12 friends in four apartment and all went just fine. The apartments were very good and situated just in city centre. One poor thing was that three persons having one apartment only had one key. That was a little bit difficult the deal with. If you want go to sleep early on weekends, then you will perhaps suffer from night life sounds, we didn't.

Staff was friendly and we even had one apartment seven hour free before our taxi catched us.
We really enjoyd and can recommend the King Apartment for every person.

Great Hotel Brilliant price

I recently booked a Hotel stay in Sydney at the Sheraton on the park. Olotels.com had the hotel 50% less than any other hotel booking site at the time. Booking through Olotels.com was simple, great price, no problems when arriving at the hotel. Can't wait to travel again will definately check Olotels.com for the best price first.

Quick, easy and great prices

I am using Olotels for the second time to book our favorite hotel in Bruges for our twice yearly stay with my husband, daughter and her husband. Their website is very easy to use and all the details I need are there on screen. I like to get value for money when I am shopping for anything and the rates on Olotels are really good.
There is no hassle when you get to your hotel either, you show your voucher and that's it. I like planning in advance and there is no problem booking rooms months in advance.

Efficient and easy to use the booking system

I booked a couple of days away in the lakes. The hotel was amazing and the service was 2nd to none. As a single lady travelling alone its important for me to feel confident that my booking is dealt with efficiently. My couple of days were totally stress free, exactly as I'd wished

Great value and easy to use, with occasional glitches

I first used Olotels to book a particular hotel for business purposes where its rate was at least £15 cheaper for a pre-booked room than any competitor. Since I know the dates I have to travel pre-booking and payment is not a problem, and I have since rebooked the same hotel three times. The site is easy to use, quick and generally reliable. The only problem was this week when the Olotels site told me the hotel was not available for a particular date, but after I had booked elsewhere it subsequently told me the hotel was available after all. Fortunately I was able to cancel and rebook.
