I have a car insurance policy and recently took out a motorbike policy l was given a no claims discount and teo months later sent a text that as l had had the discount on my car l could not have a discount on my motorbike.Nowhere did it say that l was unaware and so when my premium doubled they seemed quite baffled that l was not to pleased.So extra £145 plus £55 sdmin fee was presented l told them they are out of order as the accepted my bike insurance then 2 months later they discover there error and punish me !!SPOke to "TJ2" today and she sorted it out very professionally in a calm orderly manner.Company 3 stars,TJ2 5 STARS.

I contacted Joel JF2 regarding an update of my credit card details for renewal. He was so helpful and it was great to speak to a person rather than a portal, when I Suggested a possible reduction in the price he ran my details through the system and found a £20 reduction with less excess to pay. Excellent service.
Also the way my accident claim last year was dealt with was very professional. Thank you.

I had a very helpful assistant IS1 today. She explained everything politely, checked that I was happy with everything. I was very appreciative of her help as I needed to add a new car to my policy, quick and efficient were the worse. Thank you
