I ordered a hoodie/sweatshirt with a 3 color design on it. It was my first time using the service after hearing good reviews. The hoodie was black with a blue circle, and a black animal on a white surface. It looks like the ink was not evenly distributed on the product and the white wasn't white but gray.
I emailed their help line to see if anything can be done and never heard from them. Would not use again.
Purchased 2 different shirt designs. They were priced great and great quality in the print. My college class all loved them!
I have absolutely no qualms at all wih oOShirts. The print was exceptionally high quality, and they arrived earlier than they were supposed to. Me and my group of over fifty people have been thrilled, and people have been so in love with them that we've had people offer up to $20 for the shirt off our backs. We're most certainly going to be ordering them in the future, as we don't have enough for our members and to sell them--as there is really incredible demand. And how could there not be? Great shirts--American Apparel, perfect fit, and incredibly soft to the touch. Color is spot on and drop out text out of our custom designed graphic was the right place and right size.
I custom made a shirt for my honeymoon. The graphics turned out great, but the X-Large t-shirt I ordered was the size of a Medium. I normally wear a Large, but thought bigger would be better...now I am not sure if I will even be able to wear it as its too tight and a bit uncomfortable to wear. :o(
I have ordered from this company twice. The price is great, but the company is difficult to work with. They require artwork that is of a far higher quality than any other company I've used (and I have things made all the time). Most people are unable to produce artwork of this quality unless they own expensive software. I have not found the merchandise of the other companies I've used to have suffered by using less exacting standards. This last order, the company changed the size of the text I had given them. Do not think I will use them again.
We ordered 42 shirts, all with the same design, with two colors. There was a fade on the outside of the design. We were informed that in order to do the fade correctly, it would nearly DOUBLE our total. That price seemed excessive, especially since we had submitted a file showing the fade, and they had quoted according to the design that was submitted, and they wavered on the price after the process had begun. We went ahead and approved the design without the fade. It doesn't look like it should, but by this time, we were on a deadline. The job was done as expected once we learned that we wouldn't be getting what we had originally requested.
I was very pleased with the 36 shirts that my high school rugby team ordered. The art work was proofed and set back within a day. Then the shirts were delivered over 10 days ahead of the estimated delivery date. Great service and quality workmanship!
We ordered 29 shirts for our business and every shirt had slanted printing on them when it straight printing across the back was the setup. Customer service said they would refund 85% of the total but we have yet to see it. Hopefully they come through or this will be an even worse experience
Unfortunately I experienced problems with this company as well. I was trying to order 4 shirts, each with matching fronts and customized backs. However I learned that if I wanted to customize the shirts with text and not just a number, each order had to be separate, which to begin with is a rather dumb rule. I continued with my order anyways, but not 5 minutes after it was placed I was notified through email that one of the orders was put on hold. The email told me that the images I had chosen were in too low of a resolution to be printed and that I had to resolve this issue myself before the order could be made! But why wouldn't the site have notified me of this before I had ordered? As it was, the delivery date was set for the day of the event the shirts were made for, so any delay was particularly worrying. I immediately tried to get in touch with customer service, but was left on hold for upwards of 30 minutes at which point I was automatically transferred onto their answering machine to "leave a message"-- I did and received no response. I had equal trouble contacting the company's customer service in the future when I worked with customer service to get my images approved, but when I finally did I always spoke to the same person. Makes me wonder if they are understaffed in this department? Finally after the help of customer service (taking a fraction of the time that it took to get a hold of him), I placed my order, but it wasn't long before I had more troubles. Soon I was calling again on the day of the event telling him that two of my shirts were printed incorrectly. Then he was rather short and unsympathetic telling me that although it was a "printing error" that all I could do was "file a claim" and wait. There was no possibility of remedying the situation immediately, send replacement shirts etc. All in all I was offered a refund for my trouble, but after all the headaches this company gave I wish I had chosen a different altogether.
I am the President of a non-profit program at my highschool, and we do not recieve any funding. I sent them an email and asked for a discount, and they said they have absolutely no room to negociate on pricing, which I understand and expected. However, I decided that I was still going to order from them, even though when I sent the original email explaining who and what I do and requested a discount they replied that the are "unable to provide a further discount because the discounts are already incorporated into the product" which is not true because then it would not be a discount. I was about to order from them and I wanted to have 5 of the 25 sweatshirts we were planning to order with a name on the back, which they said was not a problem. However, they were going to charge me to add a name to all of the sweatshirts I ordered, even though I only wanted it on 5 of them. When I called and talked to someone he said, "we can add names to 5 of them, but we have to charge you to add names to all the sweatshirts because our system does it automatically and there is no way around it". When I made some suggestions such as, can you charge me for all of them but refund me the money for the ones that don't have names he said, no because there is no way for us to do that with our system. This company has HORRIBLE customer service and likes blaming things on their system. I am SOOO happy I read the reviews on here and ended up not ordering from this greedy selfish company. They ONLY care about making a profit, not about the customers needs.
I went on the site and setting up a proof was very simple. After that, it all fell apart.
I ordered 13 shirts all Mens large. Got the order approval message approx. 10 seconds later just as I realized I needed 12 Mens Large and 1 XL. Called and Chatted within 5 minutes of placing the order and was told they couldn't do it. We had 2 options. 1 was to order 1 shirt alone (additional) for about twice the price or we could cancel the order and start over but they would only refund 85% of the charge! I had requested a proof and I know no work had been done on my order. They claim they had already sent the shirts (it was done automatically).... fine, but still you need to be flexible for goodness sake!! I own a company and I know people have adjustments and changes to orders ALL THE TIME and this was within minutes of the orignal order. I said to put the order on hold and I would decline the cc charges when they came through. They did not place the oder on hold. They sent the proof anyway (which wasn't really a proof as much as my art sent back to me). I found better prices for a better product after canceling this order (for the 85% that they bullied me into). I would NOT recommend this company as they have no customer service if there is an issue with an order. I have always said "the sign of a GOOD company is what they do when there is an issue, not what they do when all is correct!"

I am the president of an organization and we ordered all our shirts from ooshirts. We had no troubles, sometimes the tshirts arrived even before the estimated arrival date, and we thought that the variety in products and ways to customize really gave us a lot of room to make our tshirts nice.
Once, the artwork proof confirmation was incorrect, but they fixed it quickly and our tshirts still arrived on time. It's near impossible to be perfect, so even though there was a mistake once, the way they fixed it certainly merits them 5 stars.

I think they have been experiencing some growth pains & adjustments but overall I like ooshirts - they give me good quality for the cost.

I emailed customer service four days ago, then two days ago they told me I had to submit a complaint form. I submitted that two days ago and still have not heard back from anyone from the company to attempt to correct this error.
I get shirts silk screened every month and I've tried many other companies. I have never had such a negative experience before. These shirts were for a fundraiser for our non profit and ended up costing us money because I had to offer our supporters another t-shirt for free to make up for the sloppy silk screening.

We received prompt and professional customer service with our design modifications and we couldn't beat the price. We have to continually order many shirts for our business and will use no one else. first these are very honest people. they stopped my order and called me to see if i still wanted a color that i didnt need and refunded me a percentage of my order for it. most people would do it anyways and pocket the money!! it came fast, clean prints. i will use next time also!
It was very easy to make a design and keep the cost down compared to other companies. They need to have more clip art options though, that is one big downside to using this company. My order arrived 2 days early! Pleasant surprise. Had some complications- shipped to campus mailbox and they thought it was a PO Box... waited on hold FOREVER. -_- Had to call multiple times before could finally get in touch with someone. However once that happened it was easy to resolve. Happy with the shirts. They look cheap and are thin but you get what you pay for.
It was super easy to place my order, I received all of my confirmations quickly. I was pleased with the turn around time and the shipping time, and definitely the cost! Could not get through on telephone and I finally stumbled into the "chat" help.
Using chat they got my order changed to physical address and confirmed on the chat line that the order would be shipped Oct. 8.

Great, just waiting for the order now...........two weeks after homecoming and no shirts I finally decide to inquire about my shirts and refund.

What????? You guys told me on chat my order was being shipped and I got an email confirming the order. What else do I need.
Bottom line, they only refunded 85% because of restocking fee......really, they bungled the order not me.

Our experience with the company was good. We had to go back and forth with the design team to make our design work but they were very easy to work with and their end goal was to make our shirts look the best they could. We are very pleased with the shirts. The design is very bold and well saturated with color. Service was very prompt and a reasonable price. Love the fact that they will do one shirt if that's all you need.
I ordered some athletic shirts for our Tough Mudder team and the shirts turned out great. All the shirts survived the race and a few washes so far with no show of any wear. The logo print looks really nice on these shirts and they shipped on time with no issues. Would definitely use again!
I had three shirts made (only 2 have arrived), but both have very low quality color (a bit faded and less saturated than what the blueprint depicted).
Fortunately I enjoy t-shirts that look vintage, so I didn't mind, but for those of you looking for high quality iron transfers, this may not be the company you want to work with.
So yes I will say their pricing is cheaper than many of their competitors however, I ordered many shirts and hoodies and proofed ZIPPER hoodies. Then today i receive pull over hoodies. Called customer service had to complete a form online and it can take up to 3 days for a response. If they messed up, they should step up and send the correct product I ordered! If they resolve this timely I will happily modify the review. But heads up you might pay a lot of money and then not get what you ordered!

I had ordered 34 hoodies for my college event . Quality is nice but the sizes are too big, For Eg. Small Size is too big for a standard Small Size . The Small which I ordered was equivalent to standard Medium Size. Similar issues were there for all Sizes.
P.S. We al had checked the sizing chart of the ooshirts website but still there were issues.
I had ordered 6 shirts for the amateur Mixed Martial Arts team of which I am a part of because of an enjoyable experience that the team had with dealing with ooshirts in the past. The price was right for our purposes and the previous products that we had ordered from them (white pullover hooded sweatshirts with our logos and names on the back) came out splendidly.
We recently placed another order with them based on this experience (this time on black t-shirts with far more color involved) and while turnaround and price were wonderful (the shirts actually arrived early, less than two weeks after placing the order) and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. The shirt design featured two different shades of red (BF0A30 [hex] as part of an american flag logo and 9D1914 [hex] as part of our team logo). Both shades of red had been changed to the same shade; a maroon so dark and murky that it was primarily brown and almost indistinguishable from the black shirt. It also featured FCFCCC [hex] yellow as part of a "Yellow Ribbon" logo on the shirts that came out nearly lime-green.
What baffled me is that the artwork proofs that were sent to me for approval looked flawless (if a little jagged; the original images I sent were large [roughly 400% print size], 300dpi PSD images with all text and shapes converted to filled work paths for smoothness). We, as a team, did not have time to file a claim and wait for the shirts to be re-printed. The shirts themselves do not look terrible, but they were not what was ordered or expected.
The high points were definitely their customer service and turnaround.
The shirts arrived very quickly, as I mentioned. After they shipped, it took 2-3 days for my actual tracking information to be available from USPS via the ooshirts website, but by the time that the link was up, the shirts were halfway here, so I really don't have any complaints about that.
From the customer service side, there was an issue with text on one of my artwork proofs, so I immediately called their customer service number. Granted, the representative that I spoke to did seem a bit confused and as if he didn't really know how to handle the call, the issue that I had was immediately fixed and as far as that particular discrepancy goes, the shirt did come correct as ordered.
Not being one to hold a grudge, I will certainly give the company another shot in the future, but if the product comes as it did this last order, I will be taking my online print business elsewhere.
I paid extra to have a rush put on my order, but it still didn't get there on time. When it didn't arrive on the day I was told, I left messages on their voicemail, e-mail, and live chat systems, and suddenly, my order was shipped out. I believe that their supplier missed something, and when the company inquired, they hurried to get them to me. They were at my house in less than 24 hours, so they were still usable for our event. I filed a claim for their delivery guarantee, and was refunded the extra I paid for the rush in less than 12 hours. The print quality and quality of the shirts were both the best we have had in our 3 years of providing shirts for our event. I would definitely recommend using them - just give yourself a couple of day cushion.
Best shirt ordering experience I've ever had. Way better than our local print shops around where I am. The price was unmatched by anywhere else I checked, and they feel fantastic as well! Someone was always able to be reached via email throughout the entire process if I ever had any questions. Fantastic customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
I ordered shirts for our FFA chapter. We needed 10 different colors of shirts, each with the same design. When I ordered the shirts, i was only able to choose four different colors on one order. I ended up placing three separate orders, one of which was shipped after the rest of the orders. I did not understand why I couldn't order more colors with one design on one order. Other than that, everything was top-notch. They made sure my design was exactly how I wanted it to look before they started printing. It was very convenient for our chapter financially because the more shirts we ordered, the cheaper each one was. They were also very efficient and we got our shirts right when they said they would be delivered. The entire process only took about two weeks total. Overall, I would definitely choose ooshirts again.
I ordered 30 homecoming campaign shirts with expedited shipping from ooshirts.com so that I could have my friends wear them to school on the few days before homecoming king was chosen. The shirts came one day late, and ooshirts refunded me over $52 in shipping fees. The shirts are made of great material and the printing is high quality--my friends loved them and are still wearing them.
