Can't even begin to describe how terrible their service is. They asked to verify my order and color count, then stated my order was on hold and would be delayed. But now - 2 days later, countless calls and emails later, still no answer from them. Yet they tell me delivery will be delayed? Ugh. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I'm cancelling my order.
OO Shirts is the worst company EVER. I've wasted four hours of my life on hold, having circular conversations with inept customer service representatives, and being a part of revisionist history. In a nutshell, they fucked up my order and then said it was my fault. For a company who's 19-year old founder boasts $60,000 a month in sales, this is completely unacceptable.
This company is a joke. I placed an order for a running shirt over a week ago, and it was supposed to arrive today. When I got the proof, I emailed and called immediately because they had screwed up one thing that I needed fixed. I never heard back (nor did I receive a new proof), despite calling again yesterday. This morning I spoke to Teena, a customer service rep who not only couldn't explain why the shirt hadn't shipped, but never once apologized for their mistake. The lack of communication, the lack of respect for customers and the total inability to complete an order of *one* shirt (imagine what would have happened if there had been many!) make this a company I will never work with again. Judging by the reviews on this site, I'm not the only one... just wish I had known about TrustPilot earlier!
I spent $30 for 1 (ONE) shirt. Printed in the wrong color on the front. I have called you guys and spent 6 hours of my life now on hold waiting to speak to someone, and customer service doesn't have an answer and cant help me because its always someone else issue. They have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. Claims? They admit to the shirt being wrong but instead of rectifying the situation they want to give a measly credit that still leaves me with a bad product. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company. If the product is wrong- they are really not willing to accommodate to make it right. Waste of time.
I work for a large utility company and needed shirts made for a huge expo. After placing my order I was advised by uper management that I needed additional shirts. I tried to contact the company and was unable to get them via phone I sent several emails I placed a second order for the balance. Finally a person who I have to say was horrible contacted me she could not give me a supervior or a direct number. I wrote the company asking for a supervisor finally on a saturday a supervisor called me. She then followed up with an email and promised me she would watch my order and that my order would be deliver on April 18th. Well today is the 22nd and nothing has arrived. I have been trying to contact the company since Saturday and nothing. I continue to call over and over and still noone answers. So please if you are reading this do yourself a favor and go with another company.
The design was perfect, just as I submitted it. The printing was with crisp edges and clear. It was not a heavy design that weighted the shirt or made it extra thick like some screen print does. The t-shirts were good quality and light-weight (the way I like them). Sometimes 100% cotton shirts are thick and look cheap because they wrinkle so easy but these were not.
I placed an order online and never heard anything from this company. I called and called and left several messages for 2 days. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone to assist me I was hopeful.I explained to the young lady that I needed the shirts by May 1st and she assured me that I would have them by that date as long as I followed her instructions. I was told that I would be reciving an email within 12 -24 hours, that I would need to approve the design of the shirt and reply back to the email as soon as I got it. Well, i never received the email. I couldn't get through on their customer service line (you leave messages that are never returned) so I sent them an email, which also was unanswered. So on April 17th I called to complain and after 9 attempts I finally was able to reach someone. This ady told me the girl that helped me was new and that my order wasn't submitted. I told her that they were very unprofessional and that this made no sense. After being placed on hold she came back on the line to tell me she had placed the order and that I would recive an email, to approve the graphics and the order would be cretaed and shipped but now the date was May 1st. I told her that wouldn't work. The lady told me I could pay to rush it but that would be an additional $90. I told her no, never mind. The lady hung up the phone and I called back to make sure the order was not processed, wel guess what, I had to leave a message because no one answered their lines. I also sent an email stating to cancel the order and not charge my card. Well today I get an email saying that my order had been processed. HOW? I canceled the order. I called and left several messages and sent emails to the company telling them the order was cancelled AGAIN. I started calling them at 8am today and was finally able to get someone at 8:01pm, yep you heard me, a whole 12 hours later!!! I explained to the lady that I recived an email telling me my order was processed and being created when I never recived an email to see what the shirts looked like and I hadn't approved anything, I in fact cancelled the order. She told me that they could only refund 80% of my money. I asked her how is that when nothing had been done. They deliberatly processed the order without mu approval after they recived the cancelation notice (several calls and emails) The lady said well, that's all we can do. I informed her that I would be fighting the charges and posting on an site I could find to warn others of their shady business. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACE AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! The reviews on their site is FAKE! Run as fast as you can. Do not deal with this unprofessional company.
I love the shirt and the design that I chose but all of our shirts are off center. I received multiple emails stating that my shirt was reviewed by an expert and everything looked great. I really wish that was true.
We ordered a small batch of shirts for a paintball team. They sent the proof and the ink was the wrong color (they switched the ink color and shirt color). We spent more than 8 hours (over 2 days) on hold. We sent them two e-mails, spent hours in the online customer service box, and NEVER got satisfaction. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had dealings with. Do not do business with ooshirts unless you don't care what color your shirts are, what color they print the image in, and have no desire to talk to a person once your order is placed.
This was the 3rd and last time I intend to do business with this company. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across. This is my 3rd order I placed, due to the design for my team shirts already on file, and 3 times the order has been late. I sit here on April 13th after a 'guaranteed' delivery date of April 10th, and my order has not even been shipped from the factory yet! If a company really cared about their customers I would expect a call or at least an e-mail explaining the delay. Very dissatisfied with this sorry excuse for a business.
This was my first time using Ooshirts and at first i was a little skeptical after reading a lot of the reviews, and also the shirts were for my church, so i definitely wanted to make sure everything was up to par. But after navigating through the website--which is very easy to use & very well laid out--and getting an estimate (which was very cheap), i decided to go ahead and place the order to see for myself how nice the shirts would turn out. They also got to me before expected, so that was even more awesome. When i saw the shirts, they were exactly how i wanted them! I definitely will be ordering here again!
(Second review) Updated Review: Still no shirts. After spending so much time just trying to get a hold of someone, I was told through customer service that I can only go through the claims department if I want information about my lost shirts. I asked to speak with a supervisor... and of course, customer service said that is not possible, I can't get a refund and that if I want to figure this out I need to speak with the claims department. There is no phone number or extension code to get to that department... So, I filed a claim with that department through their website. After a day or so, they emailed me and let me know that USPS lost my package. (at least they contacted me somehow, right? Even though I asked them to call me immediately) After reading some negative reviews, I had this feeling they could be lying about it. I spent a good hour on hold with USPS for them to tell me that my item is not misplaced and that they have not received the package from Ooshirts. So what I learned today is that this company not only took my money but lied to me. Right now, I'm just fighting to get my money back... and its seriously a headache. In the end, save yourself the headache.... don't go through ooshirts for a cheaper deal.. spend the extra buck with a legitimate company.
(First review) I normally don't write reviews. The fact that I'm taking the time to write one now definitely means something.
1) If you try emailing... don't expect a response.. if you do get one, chances are it will be a while. 2) If you try calling... expect to wait.. wait..and wait.. or get a machine saying "due to high volume we cannot take your call" If you wait long enough.. you'll be directed to a voicemail... 3) Left a voicemail.. no response. 3) If you try using the live chat... they won't be there. They're never in the office. 4) All their reviews on the website are positive. Riiiiightttttt. 5) If you want to talk to a supervisor... that won't happen.
I have ordered from this company a lot just because of the the cheapness. The print quality used to be great then they switched to digital printing for the smaller orders. This is very dull and washes off sometimes. I even offered to pay a little more for actual screen printing but they said basically "hell no!" for a company that wants business this was a bad choice denying money?! I have received alot of messed up products but they do basically give you your money back in a coupon for the amount you paid off your next order. I would like to see a better quality but its fine I guess.
I placed my order twice. The first time I provided a picture that was not good enough quality to print on a shirt blown up as large as it needed to be. I called the company and was helped very much on what to do and how to proceed. I explained it would be a couple or more weeks before I could resubmit so they immediately refunded my money. I finally retook the picture at the needed quality, went to the website, redesigned the shirt, placed the order and was done. I was notified 2 days later that I needed to verify ownership of the credit card I used (I like this as my card number has been stolen before). I did that and the next day I received the negative of the design as it went into production. I was notified when the shirts were done and shipped and they arrived 4 days ahead of the scheduled arrival date. A great experience.
By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Never reply to emails, keep you on hold for about 30 minutes per call, refuse to respond or even acknowledge voicemails.
I've had to speak with 5 different people so far to continuously ask for the same exact changes, despite them writing "notes" each time after our phone conversations. One time they even claimed they couldn't do my print because I asked for too many colors, which the next representative I spoke with claimed was completely untrue.
They are now saying my order has been delayed a week and a half. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with ooshirts so far. I cannot suggest enough you look elsewhere for creating t shirts.
had some frustration with the over-all experience. the online design was fine - used a stock image. after placing my order the next day I got an email telling me my order was on hold due to inventory. I went back on-line and selected a different shirt (different manufacturer). then re-submitted. same thing - an another email came a day later saying my order is on hold - inventory. This time I called customer service (after a few attempts - got the heavy call volume message and then you are disconnected). After speaking with a CSR - and she helped me pick another shirt and said that was in stock for the sizes and color requested. Next day here is another email - order on hold -- what ? After a few emails and one more call - and another shirt mfg change - and having to pick a different shirt color - my order was accepted and put through.
the communication and notifications where great -- but it can be a challenge to get a live person on the phone. One glaring issue is the Point of sale inventory -- or lack of one.
They emailed me a picture to approve & it looked great. But when I received the product, the colors weren't as vivid as they looked on the online image. Also, the image was printed slightly off-center. I don't know whether or not I'll order again. Fast service, but just so-so product.
Several days after ordering, I received and email notifying my that my purchase had been flagged as potential fraud. I suspect that this is because the shipping address was different than the billing address for my card. The email said either to call or respond to the email with confirmation that I ordered these shirts. I elected to email, rather than call. The next day I got another email telling me that I'd just have to call anyway. Hmmpf. Spent 20 minutes on hold, then my call was dropped. After another 20 minutes, I was able to confirm my order. After that, the shirts arrived without incident. Printing looks great and had no problems with shipping. None of this would have happened if they supported paying with paypal. They lose 2 stars for not having that common sense.
