This is the slowest company of all perfume discounters. When you contact customer service before the latest delivery date, they are rude and dismissive, then when the 2 week delivery time has passed, suddenly they have more information, saying it could actually take another week. How can it take three weeks to deliver a bottle of perfume? And how do they have access to information about where my order is but I don't?
Update: so apparently if you complain or write a bad review, they will cancel your order. This is what they have done to me after I have already waited for two weeks. I didn't ask them to cancel it, nor did I want it to be cancelled. What a ridiculous way to run a business! You punish customers because they're unhappy with your shoddy service.

You can buy your perfume really cheeper than else where.
I've bought several perfumes on this site, and it's always worked well. Once they sent me the new reformulated version of the perfume I had ordered (in the picture it was the old version), so I asked for a return and a refund and it made no problem.
I also like that their client service has always answered my emails and questions.

As a tip, be aware that sometimes the delivery may take 3-4 weeks and there'll be no notification on the website that your order is moving anywhere. It's OK, it's actually moving and will arrive suddenly as a surprise :)

Hello, I ordered Amouage Opus V and they sent me Opus VI, although the invoice says V, but everything arrived quickly, I hope next time I will receive what I order.

I have received my order, all ok. Unfortunately, the delivery time is too long. It took about three weeks to deliver a parfume.

Je commandes souvent . Site fiable

They made an error with my order.
I told them and they was ok for a return, they would give me 15.- for the return. That was ok .
Now, I've contacted two companies to send them back the wrong product I received but the cheap companie refused to send to a PO BOX.
I asked them many times for another address, one of the office but each time, the only answer of parfumsmoinscher.com was the postal address with PO BOX. I wonder if a human being is beside their computer


Ils ont fait une erreur sur ma commande.
Je leur ai signalé et il ont autorisé un retour qu'ils remboursent à hauteur de 15. - . (La Poste : 23.- minimum, trop chèr, un autre transporteur : 18.-) Jusque là çà allait...
Mais transporteur a refusé d'envoyer à une boîte postale.

Je leur ai demandé plusieurs fois une autre adresse, celui de leur bureau, mais à chaque fois, la seule réponse de parfumsmoinscher.com est de me donner l'adresse postale avec boîte postale. Je me demande si c'est un être humain qui me répond ou une stupide machine.
