Extremely bad service in Germany
Extremely bad service in Germany! I've send countless emails and of course there's never a reply as they promised they will reply in 24hrs. I tried to call customer service, she hang up my call before I even finish my word! They don't reply email, don't talk to you on the phone, don't reply on Facebook messenger! My problem still haven't solved! If you are an English speaker and they are not welcome you to be their customer in France or Germany, honestly, there are so many cosmetic brands, why should people buy your products if you provide such a bad service!!!

bad site to order things
I have ordered products from NL. The payment system worked with error and I end up with no order status but bank transfer was made. I have wrote to customer service for many times. They replied twice and promised to send my order. it is been 8 months that I did not receive my order. my money also were not returned.
