Ordered a keyring from Printerpix on 2 February and didnt arrive until 6 March. To me this wasnt acceptable. Printerpixs own website was advertising last day for valentines day delivery as 7 February so I should have received my order at least before the 14 February according to that! I contacted them asking where my order was but didnt get a response until I put a refund claim in through paypal. From other reviews I've seen though I was lucky that my order only took just over a month. I've had numerous special offer emails from printerpix and my order even came with a leaflet with a 50% off code! Why try and attract more business if they cant cope with what they currently have. I will never use this company again.
Where do I start? Their website was having issues when I first attempted to do my photobook. It was a Groupon deal. I lost my work repeatedly. After finally submitting it took forever to get here. Must have been longest shipping ever. And then THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ORDER! Someone else got mine and I theirs. After repeated emails I finally got a generated email back saying the issue was corrected and mine had been sent out. Horrible horrible costumer service and experience. I will never order from them again.
They did send me two picture books though. But by then it was too late
My wife spent several days preparing a 40 page album to do us a year book. We established (from other comments on here) that you can't save the project until you have uploaded all the pictures. You can't save it mid way! We called them to get some advice as we were experiencing some technical issues and the advisor was very brusque and off hand. We did a search on Google and found this review site. So thankful as we hung up on them and avoided increasing our phone bill further! Groupon need to be aware of this company and the bad service etc USE VISTAPRINT MUCH BETTER www.vistaprint.biz/25off for a 25% discount off quality products which we can vouch for as used them before.
On 14th October I sent for 5 A4 personalised wall calendars from Printerpix via a Groupon deal. They were to be presents for the family for Christmas. I received a single calendar before Christmas. I e-mailed Printerpix to chase up the rest of the order and had a reply to say that they had been posted on 13th December. Thinking they were stuck in the post I waited a while before going back to them. I have been in regular correspondence with them ever since and have received very non-committal and confusing replies. but did receive another single calendar on 1st March. I went back to them to say thank you, and asked when I might receive the rest, making the point that we are now in March, making the calendars 2 months out of date already.
I have grown more and more exasperated but received a response today (the quickest reply yet) which really puts the icing on the cake. I have been told that I have only ordered one calendar and that I was sent the second in the hopes that another order might be pending(?). I have replied with details of my order, copying Groupon Customer Services in and advising them that I am not giving up. In effect they are either calling me a liar, or being totally incompetent or simply just taking the ****. I have in the past bought a number of items from Printerpix without problems - never again! I will plague the company with e-mails until I get the outstanding calendars, hopefully before 2015 arrives, and will do my best to make sure that the world is aware of just what a disaster the company is.
We have bought a coupon from Groupon for a photobook. This is one of the worst things I have ever spend money on. The online photo application on Printerpix.com is a nightmare. I have seen much much better programs to do the same job.
After spending hours a couple of days we finished our book en sent it away to printerpix. The delivery time in the Netherlands was 1 week. Now we are already waiting for 3 weeks and the order status is still on “preparing”.
I will advice not to buy anything from these guys. I blame myself for this stupid mistake and will do a good investigation before I buy Groupon Coupons in future.
I bought two vouchers through Groupon - seemed a good deal. I attempted to redeem my voucher on the last day of validation and the site refused saying it has expired - it hadn't! I wrote to them ans was told, in effect, tough......they would not reinstate the voucher. So unless you are prepared to risk losing your money don't deal with this company. Its not cheap if you end up losing your money!
My diary took about 4 weeks to arrive. That's okay I thought it is christmas time. It arrived on the 24th of December. Just in time as it was a present for my nan and grandad. I opened it to check and it had the biggest creases all throughout the book. It has the days of the week cut off halfway and the presentation was so bad. I decided I couldn't give them the present until I had got a replacement. This diary is usually £45.99!! Plus post and packaging! I got it as a groupon deal for £10.00 but it's not even worth that. It's taken two months for them to reply back to my complaint and they said I had to ring them, basically spend more money asking for a new one. Another two weeks passed and they eventually sent me a code to buy another one. It arrived three days later In the same horrific condition as the first. I will now probably have to wait another couple of months to get my money back. As there is no way I am paying for this. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Photobox is a 100 times better with an really good customer service.
I ordered five calendars as Christmas presents on the 3rd December. I received one before Christmas. After 36 emails, letters and phone calls I asked for a refund. On 3rd January I received the first response. After more phone calls and emails they phoned me on the 17th January and agreed to refund the cost of four calendars. After another batch of emails and complaints chasing the credit via their Facebook page, I eventually received the credit on the 20 February. Never again will I use the disorganised rabble. If you need to phone them do not use their premium rate 0844 phone number, it will cost you plenty. Use their direct number; 020 8185 6161.
I ordered a calendar based on a groupon deal I bought. I was completely shocked at how incredibly antiquated the software was. It is not user-friendly in the least. The templates show up very tiny on the screen, pictures take ages to load, place and rotate due to the poorly-equipped nature of the software. I have used other websites before in the US with much success and ease and have never had to spend so much time making a supposedly simple calendar. The calendar arrived after 3 weeks in decent quality and I didn't pay much, but the time wasted trying to use the poor excuse for software was completely not worth it. I would never recommend Printerpix.
I too got a Groupon. I ordered a photo printed on metal. Groupon for $10 versus the retail price of $69.99 plus shipping for a total of $84.94. 12 days after accepting my order... I went online to check the status.. and it says my order wasn't processed because of low quality. Why didn't anyone email me. So I call. After being on hold for 10 minutes.. The representative tells me to place a new order and call back and she'll apply my groupon. Okay.. I did that.. but I had to put $84.94 onto my credit card for the new order. She says she's applied it.. but it will take SIXTY 60 !!! days for a credit.. What???? why are they keeping my money for 60 days ??? she tells me the accounting department doesn't get on the phone and she doesn't know. Unbelieveable. AND.. my new order will still take an additional 21 days to process.. hello... customer service??? There is none in this company. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.. and she actually hung up on me!
Ordered 5 calendars via a groupon deal on 1/12/13, received 4 just in time for Xmas but it took numerous unanswered emails before I finally managed to speak to anyone and get them despatched. After Xmas the 5th calendar was showing as cancelled - after a few more unanswered emails they finally responded and sorted everything out. In all it took 2 months for my order to be fulfilled, stated timescales are 10 working days I think. On the plus side the quality of the calendars is great!
I am fairly new to photobooks and had lots of photos from a trip to US National Parks. I bought a Groupon deal in the UK for two 60 page landscape albums from Printerpix at about 20% of the full price (does anybody pay full Printerpix price? - its more than much better reviewed companies).
Anyway - my experience was - their promotion material is misleading in that they show page arrangements which are not standard or easily achieved using the features of their software / product. - when I contacted Customer Service to ask how to get the page arrangement they just answered a different question or referred me to their web pages. They did this about 5 times - eventually they did come back and said I had to manually 'stretch out' the pictures to get what they show in their adverts. - my first photobook took about 5 weeks to arrive, the second just over two. - the picture quality looks pretty good, but they are clear pictures of impressive scenery in National Parks taken in good light, so they should look pretty good!
I did not have any issues with difficulty in saving pictures (as reported by others), but I do have a fast internet connection. I will probably pay a bit more next time and have a better experience with a different supplier. Overall - the product might be just about worth the Groupon price, but I would never ever pay full price for a Printerpix photobook.

Lo spedizioniere lo ha gettato in giardino senza tener conto, nonostante gli avvisi esterni, del mio pastore tedesco, che lo ha completamente distrutto. Ho chiesto che mi venga fornito il nome dello spedizioniere per contestare la consegna: da allora nessuna risposta nonostante i vari solleciti. Non sono in grado di stabilire come era stampato in quanto irrecuperabile!
I ordered a canvas from Printerpix. I sent them a good quality photo but the result when it eventually came back was extremely poor indeed. It looks like somebody has gone mad with the red ink bottle and completely ruins the effect I was hoping the canvas would have. One of the reasons for ordering was their estimated delivery time of 8-10 working days.....it actually took 18 working days. In fact I wondered if I would ever receive my canvas so I sent them a polite email asking if there was any problem with the photo I had sent........and their reply was.........SILENCE!!!! Not a word. I will not use them again and I will certainly not be recommending them to any of my friends.
I bought two groupon vouchers for 500 pictures each. What a huge mistake! First of all the uploading tool kept on crashing for me and it took me DAYS to upload my first batch. The delivery was actually quite swift, but when I got them the quality was below average and the photographs came out too dark. The uploading tool was crashing just as much for my second batch, and when I finally managed to upload all of my 500 pictures my groupon code was refused. I contacted them about this, and it was sorted within a few days. However, in the email they sent me apologizing for the "technical issue" they told me that they had processed my order but I was to ring their number, which you have to pay for, to pay for the postage. I have at the moment tried them 3 times, been put on hold for 20-30 minutes without anyone answering. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never use them again! With the groupon voucher you get a good price, but it is absolutely not worth it with all the hassle and the poor quality of the product!
I ordered a 16x20 metal print on 11-30-13 and it wasn't delivered until 2 days after Christmas. Upon receiving the package, the picture quality was good but not amazing, and I was missing the mounting blocks that I purchased with the order. I tried calling several times only to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I tried emailing only to get an auto response email stating that someone would be in contact with me in 2-3 business days. It is 2-13-14 and I finally was able to talk to someone. They were not able to approve my request and they don't have a supervisor available to talk to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
spedizione in tempi rapidi come promesso... nessun problema, il fotolibro è davvero molto carino, le foto sono uscite benissimo nonostante sul sito in fase di preparazione mi avessero avvertito che la qualità delle mie foto non era ottima... Inoltre hanno allegato dei buoni sconto che credo proprio utilizzerò per un nuovo acquisto!
I brought a code from groupon it never worked raised this with groupon and printer pix and they are saying the code has been used! Absolutely ridiculous I never had the chance to use the code and order anything as the code didn't work so now I'm out of pocket for a voucher and had to purchase the product else where!!!! Never order from these people!!!
I bought a groupon deal of a photobook. I am a professional photographer and used to manipulating photos but I really struggled to make the book. I spent over 2 hours creating the book (I had managed about 10 pages by that time), clicked save and the whole lot crashed and I lost the lot. It then said I had to upload the photos before saving which I did. 10 hours later it was still trying to upload and the computer had hung. Luckily Groupon refunded my money. I can't comment on the product as I never got that far.
DO NOT USE PRINTERPIX ! I would give no stars but not permitted.
