I’ve been shopping on Privalia for several years and my experience has always been very positive. The brands offered are high quality and the products are always authentic and reliable.

Customer service and returns are also very efficient: returns are simple to manage and home pickup is available, which makes the process very convenient. I’ve never had any issues with orders or refunds.

Overall, a trustworthy platform for buying branded products at good prices.

I usually buy on Privalia and I'm satisfied about quality and price of products.
The customer care is good too and when I had some trouble, they help me for everything.

Shipping took a long time.
The article seems ok.

I asked for 16.5 neck measure and was 17. Was written blu and was green…without any regrets!

The cost of shipment is too high and when you have to request the change or return you have to pay other 7 euros…

Good products and brands at competitive prices. Deliveries are slow and the policy of returns is annoying.

The prices are unbeatable; however, the delivery time was quite long.
My first impression was that some of the products didn’t seem completely brand new — although I might be mistaken. They looked as if they had been previously opened or possibly returned, as they were slightly dusty and not in the condition you would expect when taking them out of the packaging for the first time.
That said, overall I believe the brand quality and the discounted prices are fair enough to compensate for the longer delivery time

Time of delivery extremely long and description of goods is often unclear and missing important details. This is even more annoying considering high cost of return

Maybe one of the best app for shopping. Every day new articles, new brand, good prices.
