I was having issues getting a hold of the right hardware I needed for a trip and while Protronica had the same supply issue as other suppliers, they quickly emailed to let me know and provided several solutions - all achievable by the following day. We had a couple of issues with a faulty battery and they offered us a replace ment straight away.This was shipped the next day and they have continued to offer the same excellent service with other items we have purchased through them. I wish more companies were this great to deal with.
Tip Top Kit & First Class Advice
I looked around the internet to find a portable battery charger for my various pieces of Apple kit and happened on Protronica's site along my travels.
I found their site very professional, but I did need a little further chat, to be sure I was choosing the right equipment
With that in mind, I gave them a buzz and spoke with Rob Garner, the owner of the company. He advised me that I needed one small extra item (that I would have forgotten to buy and that was vital to the ensemble) to ensure I had everything I had needed.
When it all arrived (promptly and as promised) I pinged him a brief email to ask one question and he immediately replied with a full and helpful answer.
Really good quality kit. Very efficient service. Extremely helpful people.

Cannot be more helpful
Bought a MPB 60 which is awesome.
Good communication and very helpful people at Protonica.
The delivery was late only because the courier could not find my house but received infos and immense support even during weekend and after hours from Protonica .
So I will be using their services again when needed because I know that they care.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
the review is based not on the product but on the way you have managed your after sale customer service. I ordered a back cover and it was a mistake as i wanted to order the full cover for my new IPAD. i wrote to protronica couple of times bu hadnt received a reply till date.
overall the product is fine and would recommend to buythe same product on EBAY OR AMAZON which is much cheaper.

The contact messages sent to us on Thursday afternoon and evening were seen by us and we attempted to reply on Friday morning from outside the office on a mobile device – a technology that has worked so well for us in the past that we almost don’t notice using it.
However, unfortunately in this case the reply did not send correctly. This is a very rare occurrence and we think we understand the reasons behind this particular incidence. We are working to improve our notification system to prevent future occurrences of the issue.
In the circumstances we would like to offer the HyperShield with our compliments and have fully refunded the order.

HYPERJUICE external power MBP-150
I have recently purchased A HyperJuice external power MBP-150 for my Mac book pro 17". I did this so I am able to work in Parallels Desktop in AutoCad. I do not have any other applications open nor am I connected to internet ect. Having done the research on your site and some blogs I figured the if you say over 20 hrs of power then I can expect AT LEAST half of that...After two days of trials I can only 6 hrs of power out of the battery which is not sufficient to do the job that I paid 400+ euros for.
Is this a faulty battery? What can be done to rectify this problem that my work depends on?

Working out how long you should get from a battery is very dependent on what is happening with the computer.
The figures quoted in hours by Sanho, the manufacturer of the HyperJuice are based upon the running time in hours claimed by Apple for the model of computer you have. We think that this is perhaps not the best basis for calculating what is likely to happen in real circumstances.
Probably the best method of calculating run time is to use the size of the external battery in comparison to the size of the internal battery, in the case of the MBP-150 this is approximately 1.6 time the battery in the 17 inch MacBook. So whatever hours you get from the MacBook battery on its own, you can expect to get an additional 1.6 times this number of hours.
From your comments it is unclear if you are getting an additional 6 hours from the HyperJuice battery or if a fully charged MacBook and HyperJuice is giving a total of 6 hours. However, we can say that the figures you have given would imply that the MacBook on its own internal battery should run for somewhere between 2 ¾ hours and 3 ¾ hours running the tasks as described.
If the MacBook internal battery does provide the above times then everything is as we would expect it to be. If the MacBook alone provides significantly longer running time, then we have to suspect an issue that would require further investigation, one we would be happy to assist with so that we can understand what is happening and come to a resolution that everyone is happy with.
We have sent by email a suggested trial that should help clarify what is happening and we are looking forward to hearing the results.

Brilliant service great purchase.
The click on back cover fits a treat.It adds very little bulk to the iPad and looks really stylish. I bought black to contrast with the grey smart cover. My iPad is now fully protected.

Fast & Efficient
We bought two hubs which were sent next day. Unfortunately due to the delivery firm, there was a bit of confusion over our address so the package arrived a day late. Both hubs work well however due to the postal bag used the packaging was slightly damaged.
Having said that I am very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Protronica Ltd to anyone! The price was the most reasonable for the product and the P&P was good value.

Great Service

Outstanding customer service

Excellent product and delivery
The iPad back cover arrived the day after ordering, so top marks for that. The cover is ideal, perfect fit (I use with Apple smart cover bought directly from Apple store) and, as I bought the transparent one, it dosen't detract from the look as the logo can still be seen.
Would recommend site to anyone and will no doubt be back judging by the variety on offer.
Would not hesitate to use again.

The most helpful people to deal with!
I have recently purchased from Protronica and I have to say it was the most simple and easy transaction to do.
