I have never got my order from them but I did get annoyed
I have never got my order from this company because they could not deal with veterinarian prescription. That is ok. I bought my pup med elsewhere. But, I did started getting bombarded with their promo emails and sorry emails intended to upsell their products. Tons of emails, even after I deactivated my accounts, unsubscribed, cancelled, removed, disabled, etc... I never worked with these clowns, not even sure if they refunded us. I still got this nonsense again in my mailbox asking how did they do... Dear PureFormulas advertisers and promoters, when it is too much, it is not helping, it is destroying, make that sink in your head.
