Fastest Delivery Ever! Great Company

The service and delivery from this company perfectly reflects the high quality product they are selling. In a panic i bought a last minute travel wallet for my partners xmas present.... 24 hours later it was sat on my desk! You get an email when it is packed and then again when it is with the courier so you have every idea exactly where your item is at all stages of its journey which is great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and again and again. :)

I ordered an item on the 2nd of January (2012 - bank holiday after new year) and only noticed I used my office address instead of my home address when I got the confirmation email. I immediately contacted PureLuxuries via their contact form and received a prompt response the next day by 10.40am clarifying the amendment and dispatch. The product arrived before the specified delivery and was even better than it looked on their site. In all it was a pleasant experience.

Superb Customer Service

I recently bought a briefcase and after a few weeks the stitching developed a small fault. I contacted customer service and they immediately arranged return and replacement, really quickly and without any question.

Really helpful service

Late on 12th December I emailed a product query & received a helpful reply the following day. Ordered straightaway & received my parcel by lunchtime on 14th. I wasn't disappointed with the products, (scarf & gloves) Optional gift wrapping would have been a bonus as I'm rubbish at wrapping presents but free delivery is excellent. It was also helpful to receive emails & texts from Royal Mail so I knew when to expect delivery.

Amazing Service!

I placed my order and 17 hours later it arrived at my door - absolutely brilliant service! Pure's website is great with lots of pictures of the product, including some with a model (great to see how big a bag actually is) and all the information you need. I would happily recommend this company to others and will definitely be using them again very soon. I firmly believe that companies who value their customers as much as Pure Luxuries clearly does should be rewarded with loyalty.

Outstanding Service

Unfortunately the Emu slippers I ordered got lost in the Post!
When i communicated that I needed them for a Birthday present in a very short time-scale, without any fuss or drama, Pure Luxeries pulled out all the stops to ensure I got a replacement pair in time.
Now thats what I call Outstanding service!!!

When it goes wrong Pure come up trumphs.

I ordered a Troop bag from Pure and it arrived the following day - brilliant service. Sadly, Troop had changed the spec and failed to inform Pure, who still had the previous version on their website. Although it was only a small change, it was one of the reasons I chose the bag in the first place (detachable shoulder strap on the old version and fixed strap on the new version). As soon as I emailed Pure and told them of the problem, they agreed to exchange or refund. Because I decided to keep the bag, Pure gave me a 20% refund as compensation. Now that is what I call GREAT customer service. They well deserve the FIVE stars.

Good customer service, but product cost 3 times as much as E-bay

Hugely overpriced. The free shipping is nice, and the customer service rep was very helpful, but unless you literally bleed money, I'd recommend
You buy the products from the manufacturers website, or from E-Bay. Even including the shipping, most of the items on the website can be found online for significantly less.

Not well pleased!!!

I recently ordered 2 bags, one was delivered as expected to my daughters. The other was never delivered but I was charged for it on my credit card. The company apparently mailed me which must have gone in spam. Despite not hearing from me they went ahead and charged me for it!!!! If I had not thoroughly checked my account I would have paid for it.

I ordered a purse which was unsuitable, returned it and ordered another both items were with me in less than 24 hours from ordering.
Email comunications with staff was excellent.
Website very user friendly and describes each item fully and good photos of each product too.
Would highly recommend and will use again.
