Payed 142€ and never managed to login. When I selected 'I forgot username' no email never appeared with the username reminder. I did it a lot of times and tried with the customer service to find a solution, but the only help, was "check your spam"!!! Totally disappointed.
This seems like a scam. I fully support those who wrote earlier that the subscription and cancellation scheme is very clever. When a potential customer is immediately misled, there is no desire to continue working with them.
Experienced and reputable platforms will politely remind you of the renewal and offer you preferential subscription terms for the next period. In this case, you are presented with a fait accompli - pay, and then cancel, etc. The website is poorly designed, and user-friendliness is very limited. There is no need to force the customer to carefully read the terms and conditions, which should be clearly displayed in large print in the corner.
Very bad experience.
The system seems like is developed 20 years ago and never updated.
We did not use the subscription at all and immediatlly requested a refund, which was not accepted.
I think this website will not be surviving very long with such as bad customer experience.

You have to pay for one year but after one year they will send you mail to pay for another year claiming that you accepted terms to automatically extend for another year if you don't cancel and they will threat you with debt collectors.
