I have had to rush for a passport because I ran out of visa pages prior to expiration. I noticed this only 10 days prior to travel. I want to commend Terry Price, my Passport Case Manager, for the outstanding job he did in assisting me in making sure I knew what documents I need to provide Expedited Travel so that they could process my passport application. Terry also located the nearest FedEX office so that my documents would be delivered on time. I needed a quick turn around in order to make my flight to Italy. I was beginning to get a little weary, since my trip was coming soon and i needed my passport, but i was getting sort of confused on the steps i needed to take in order to finish the process to get my new passport. Before using RushMyPassport, like many online users, I perused the reviews. Many were good but there were also "horror stories" on some sites. In every case, the "horror story" involves stupidity and a lack of research into the passport process on the part of the customer, not any fault with RushMyPassport. The most common complaint is that the local passport acceptance agency makes them "wait 2 weeks for an appointment to seal the documents for RMP.com" - well people, don't you think you should have checked that out first? Your local post office being inefficient isn't RMP.com's fault! So when I decided to purchase this service, I had an appointment at my local office (and all my documentation ready). My case manager Terry Price did a fine job, emailed everything I needed including a FedEx label, had the passport app sealed, sent to RMP. Three days later I had my passport, I couldn't be happier.

I've just returned from the Bahamas, having had a fabulous weekend attending the wedding of a dear friend's daughter. It almost didn't happen. The Monday night before we were leaving (that Friday morning), I discovered my passport had expired two months earlier! Panic stricken, I went on-line to see how fast I could get an appointment at the New York US Passport agency. None were available until after I was supposed to leave. I noticed a link for Expedited Travel, saying Passports in 24 Hours! To my great fortune, Terry Price picked up the phone, only 15 minutes before the office was scheduled to close. That began a process that was not only efficient and fast, but done with caring and every effort to keep me calm. So, my advice to others, stay on top of your passport expiration date. But if you ever find yourself in this kind of a bind, needing a new or renewed passport FAST, I highly recommend Terry Price and Expedited Travel's Rush My Passport service.
Applying for your passport can be a very intimidating process. Before I started the process of signing, printing or even paying My travel associate/case manager (TERRY PRICE) made sure I was comfortable and had a clear understand of exactly what I needed to do! There was never a time throughout the process where I couldn't contact him. He made himself available until the process was completed. I had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS AT ALL AND RECEIVED MY PASSPORT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS OR HANGUPS.
I would refer this company to anyone and refer Terry without a doubt..

They promised me my passport on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday when it hadn't arrived and my case manager was off but hadn't put on his autoresponder so I had to call them.
They blamed the issue on FedEx and a Ricin scare in DC. Which I know was true but they didn't contact me or send an e-mail letting me know it was late.
Then FedEx dropped the ball getting it to me (supposedly) but again they didn't contact me. When it didn't come on Thursday, I called them again and another person told me it was a FedEx issue again and would come on Friday (no one called to check with FedEx.
When it hadn't arrived by 1PM on Friday, I sent my "case manager" an e-mail, No response. I got on the chat line and the guy who had been there three days called me immediately and told me that it would be there at 3PM. When it didn't arrive at 3PM, I called again and they told me it should be there sometime today. I asked them to check again since I needed to leave Friday and told the guy I really didn't appreciate him "bullshitting" me. He got so offended that he started telling me that HE wasn't MY case manager. I assured him that this was correct and told him, my case manager had never contacted me or responded since Sunday the last week to start the process. Never heard from the case manager again until he asked me with a standard e-mail to review him for the awesome job. HA! That was silly since I'm doing it.
Again, much of the problem WAS FedEx BUT they are not proactive on this. I had to FORCE them to upgrade to Saturday delivery and they NEVER offered to refund me the difference to a slower service which was less costly since they didn't make their delivery date. IF you SUBCONTRACT something out on a speed service and they let you down, YOU are responsible to your customer. Everyone was angry and defensive rather than helpful and kind when they knew I was down to the wire due to the theft of my passport. I was completely disappointed. I would never use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. I received my passport much sooner than advertised. Our service manager, Lauren Walsh, was fantastic! She guided us through the whole process and was available for questions at every turn. I highly recommend their service.
Terry was a wonderful help and a calming influence while I was panicking that I wouldn't be able to go on vacation with my family. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to understand. With only a few days to go before going on vacation to Mexico, did I realize my wifes passport was expired.
