James Rosier was my case manager and he was very knowledgeable and effective. I had tons of questions, and he answered everything with full details. When there was something weird about my passport he gave me the number to the US passport customer service to double check everything. Overall he seemed to really know what he was doing which was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend RushMyPassport, and especially James, to everyone because they really came through for me when I needed.
*I would deduct half a star because I paid for the 24 hour service but got it a day later than expected. Thankfully it was still in time for when I needed it though. Also it was probably was UPS' fault and not RushMyPassport's.

Recently I was notified that I had to travel out of the country for work. My passport was over 15 years old so I needed a new one within a week. I am not located in a city with a regional passport agency, which means that I had two options: Fly to one of those cities, OR use a third party company like Rushmypassport. At first i was apprehensive to use this company because i didn't think they can guarantee that i will receive my passport in a speedy manner. I can say i was completely wrong. When i applied for my passport i made a mistake of putting the wrong delivery method. My passport was not due to be back until 11/14/13 and i was leaving for my trip on 11/7/13. Imagine how frantic i was at that point, i'm thinking what am i going to do now, my trip is already paid for and there's no way i can go to mexico with no passport. I'm totally screwed!!!!!! Although I'm an experienced international traveler, I managed to let my passport expire and made the unhappy discovery less than a week before my flight was to leave. I panicked when I realized it was too late to get an appointment with the passport agency in my city. I found www.rushmypassport.com and took a leap of faith in sending them money, my old passport, and application materials to expedite the renewal. James Rosier was my case manager and helped me through the whole process. He was calm and responsive to my emails and questions. When a last-second snag arose, he worked with me to ensure that all the wrinkles had been ironed out. I truly appreciate his help and the wonderful service this company offers to travelers in need. I did a search online and found this company rushmypassport.com. I completed the online form and made the payment.(this was a long holiday weekend). When I was in the process of gathering the paperwork required I realized that I didnt need this service from rushmypassport.com. I could go to a local county office or the local state department office and I would get the passport the same date this company promised without the additional fees and extra work.
So I asked for a refund. Note that at this point I had not sent them any info/paperwork, I just filled the initial form online with basic info. So there is not much passport processing they could have done. They initially agreed to give me my refund but said I had to contact their accounting department, I contacted their accounting department and asked for the refund. They said now I had to fill out an additional form that was going to be sent via email to request the refund. This is fishy at best, a form to request a refund? I had already sent them an email requesting the refund!
That email ended up going to my spam folder and I didnt notice it until after I called them back and they confirmed who was the sender of such email. This was about 4 weeks after the initial payment I made.
I completed the form and they refused to refund all my money! they decided to keep about 30% of the fee because of their work on this case. They didnt do any work, I didnt send any paperwork.
I do not recommend this company. The service they provide is something one can do by going to a government office for a much lower price and less headaches.
On Sunday evening, before a Wednesday night flight to Iceland, I discovered that my existing passport did not meet the Icelandic requirement that my passport be valid at least three months following my visit. Monday was a federal holiday and this was in the midst of the U.S. government shutdown. The automated 24-hour line at the local passport bureau said the soonest they could see me for an in person appointment would be Thursday afternoon - some 18 hours after my scheduled departure to Iceland. Desperate, and about to pull the plug on my trip, I did a Google search for expedited passport renewal services. And, alas, I found RushMyPassport.com. I confess I was a bit skeptical at first, and I did some sleuthing on line to see if the service was legit. But when I made the call to them first thing Monday morning, I was swayed by the calm demeanor of the agent who spoke with me. He effectively said, "Yeah, we've got this. Don't worry. Here's what you do..." He put then put me in touch with James, who did everything he said he would do on the timeline promised. My passport arrived on Wednesday morning and I was on the plane to Iceland that evening with a brand new passport! Great service!

This is one of the greatest services I have experienced . I was in so much confusion and frustration , when I heard passport office in Houston closed down for renovation to open in 2014.
