Sans (no longer) appears to be a scam company
Same as others ordered in November, they took payment immediately of course, then they delayed to December, then without notice delayed to beginning of January (7th) then suddenly January 28th. Still no word and won’t respond to inquiry. Pretty sure I’ve been scammed.
Feb 11 update.
Finally got the unit and does seem to work well. It does discard a lot of water, when it is time to refill you are supposed to dump what is left in the reservoir as it pushes sediment back into the reservoir tank as it filters. With a little planning probably good to use for plants etc rather than dumping down the drain.
The drinking water is good and the hot water option is quite good.

Purchased a water purifier system back…
Purchased a water purifier system back in November and my credit card was charged. Initially, item was to ship mid Dec. well that date came and went, then it was Jan7. Nope, moved to February and now they are just sending bot responses when I inquire about my order. Still waiting….buyer beware

problem with delivery and payment
We having an issue about an delivery. And this problem is already for months! This delivery was not done according to us and sans-online denied this. We are a good customer and had never had any problems with the delivery and ordering with Sans. But the service to solve this problem is very poor!. We don't want to pay because we don't have received anything. They are hiding behind the delivery company! Sorry but this service is very poor. We have already contacted our attorney to see what they can do!
