I was so impressed with the quick response time for installation of our system. the installer, Eric was very patient and thorough. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions without making me feel silly or dumb. It was a great experience and he left a wonderful impression with us. When we set the alarm off by accident the people that responded were very understanding and courteous, even the third time we did it. I feel so much more secure especially when I'm home alone now that we have this system and I would recommend the service to everyone. ID#5617641012
