Clearer options
My order was incorrect due to the options of filling in the lense requirement very difficult to find. I selected my initial pair and that worked well, but when i went to choose a second pair on the same order, the option for the lense prescription did not come up. I assumed that this didn't happen as it was going to use my details from the other pair on the order. I later found out this was not the case and had the hassle of returning the pair. Please amend this.

Hi Thomas.
Each pair of glasses requires you to select or enter a prescription, we do not carry through the prescription of a previous entry as many of our customers buy several pairs with different prescriptions for other family members.
When you add a pair to your basket, your prescription is stored in your account and can be retrieved during prescription entry on your second pair.
