CLOTHES ARE SUPER CUTE, BUT THE SHIPMENT TAKE SOOOOOO LONG. IVE ORDERED SOMETHING TO WEAR OUT IF TOWN THREE WEEKS AGO, AND I LEAVE FOR OUT OF TOWN THIS SATURDAY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE ONE ITEM. SUPER ANNOYING.
I ordered a dress from this site one month ago from this site. I always fear being scammed and usually when am ordering from a site for the first time, i look for something cheap, just in case am tricked. Luckily my dress got to me last Thursday, I tried and it was fit.
Beautiful clothes! Incredible prices! What else can I expect? I really appreciate the fast delivery and quality packing. Awesome customer service! Sheinside is certainly the kind of people that makes your day go smoothly with a smile.

The clothes were named "one size" but was no more than a size 40/M. One necklace was broken and unable to repair. The clothes were of strange quality which made them feel uncomfortable to wear. I bought a set of necklace and bracelet but there were two necklaces instead of a bracelet?! This totally sucked... You definately got what you paid for, i.e. nothing..... I don't even think I will bother to contact them for refund as this must be a scam company.
I ordered a blouse and recived it but needed another size. I returned this and got another size which did not look right so i requested a full refund. It took around 3 weeks for each item to be delivered so was disappointed with this.
I requested a refund and asked to confirm the return address but did not receive a reply. It was getting to the 15 day limit so i used the 'return' address on the website. I got proof of postage for my item and waited for confirmation of my refund.
I have not received a refund and although i have been in constant contact with 'Vivian', they have not received my package. They cannot issue a refund to me as there is no sign of the parcel and I have been advised to wait until it is returned to me if lost. The return address I sent it to does not seem to be anything to do with the company and is uncontactable!
It has now been 12 weeks since i ordered the item. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this companys service and something doesn't feel right about it. I will be taking this matter further if I don't receive a refund......

I ordered two items over a month ago, and I have not received them yet, and probably never will. When I go to the website to view my order status, it just says "paid" and has done so since shortly after i placed my order.
Two weeks ago I entered their online help chat but even though I was immediately told that an employe had joined the chat, an hour passed before she answered any of my questions, and only after I lost my patience and got a bit rude. All she ended op telling me was "your order is in transit" and that it would arrive "two weeks later" and then she told me "it may take a bit longer for the tracking number to activate".
Really? I wonder if a tracking number even exists, and if it ever will, and when I write them about wanting a refund, they do not reply.
I did look at the ratings for the website here on trustpilot before I actually bought anything from there, but apparently they have been really busy covering up the bad reviews in a ton of fake ones.
I wish I had never bought anything from there, and I wish I knew how to get my money back!
Please don't shop here. They are scammers. I ordered things from them in September and have yet to receive them. It has been two months and I'm pretty much just accepting that they've stolen my money. They clothes are cute but the chances of you actually receiving is 50-50, its a gamble I'm never willing to take again.

Jeg bestilte også en sweater, som egentlig svarer til forventningerne, men den er gået i stykker foran på brystet. Ikke fedt!
1ère et dernière commande sur ce site: une attente interminable pour recevoir, un manteau non conforme à la description et affreux( je reste polie)' un non respect des cgv pour le retour. Évidemment j'ai voulu poste mon avis sur la fiche article et impossible. Seuls les plus élogieux y sont bien sur...
Bref, je suis en réclamation pay pal car c'est pour moi une vraie honte.
Les prix sont peut être alléchants mais les articles ne sont pas à la hauteur,
I can't really understand the majority of the negative reviews about this company. The shipping is understandable as you are ordering from a company located in China, EVERYTHING you order from there takes forever to get to you. So you just have to wait for it. Anyway I've been ordering a lot of dresses and tops from there recently and have been very pleased with them so far. My clothes came in the correct sizes, the right colors, and were made of quality material, in my opinion. I even ordered a cape with fur trim and it was very good quality. So I just can't understand the bad reviews. I really like their clothes so I am definitely going to keep ordering from there. My advice is to be patient with the shipping. If you do that you will most likely have an enjoyable experience.
What a HORRENDOUS experience. Every positive review I have read about this company sounds like a fake written by the company. My experience thus far has been infuriating! I placed my first order with Sheinside for two sweaters and received them in the mail about 3 weeks later. Upon opening my package I instantly noticed that one of the sweaters I ordered was not in the correct colour. I had ordered blue and the sweater I received is white. The other sweater I ordered looks NOTHING like the one advertised on the website. It is noticeably an entirely different sweater. BEWARE I ordered the Shooting Stars sweater and the starts on the one I received are drawn on in thick bold fabric paint. The sweater advertised on the model has beautiful pastel stars woven into the sweater and mine has hideous stars drawn on in a pattern that somewhat resembles the one online. I would be embarrassed to wear it in public.
I have been emailing back and forth with customer service for five days now with no success. I have been told that there is nothing wrong with my order multiple times. And upon disputing this have been told I can return if I pay for shipping, but urged to keep these items due to the large shipping cost to me. Are you kidding me!? Why on earth would a customer be required to pay return shipping for a defective product and item they received in the wrong colour? I don't want to keep the order as I did not order these items. This company falsely advertises their product and does not care what happens when you get it. I have now filed a PayPal dispute against them as their customer service is a string of auto response emails. We will see what happens, I am sure they have had multiple disputes against them. I feel like this company has greatly taken advantage of me. Perhaps they have not realized customer service is key and it is much cheaper to keep current customers than to keep finding new ones. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I ordered a dress from this website and decided on the expedited shipping option. By the way at that time the site stated that there were 86 units available AND that this item "ships in 24 hours". Great. I order and the checkout process is smooth, no problems there. I'm sent an order number with confirmation. A few days later I proceed to check my order's status since I didn't receive a shipping confirmation. Nothing's there. Just the same information that I already had: shipping and billing address, order number, shipping type and of course what I ordered, but no tracking link or additional information about the order processing.
Later when perusing the site I saw that there's a processing timeframe of about a week. I thought well I guess that's the hold up, but mind you their site says that my item would ship within 24 hours. First red flag. After 7 days still nothing so I call and get a busy signal. Red flag number two. The next day I get on the chat and ask about my order and when should I expect it. They tell me... wait for it... my dress is out of stock. Huh? The last flag. When I ordered it was plenty IN STOCK - I'd say 86 dresses when I ordered is plenty. So I had questions at that point. Why was I allowed to order? Why did it say dresses were available? If they weren't why wasn't I notified? And most importantly, why'd you take my money? None of those questions were answered. Instead I was asked if I'd like to exchange the dress I initially ordered for another. I politely declined, although in my mind I was saying, heck (I'm being nice here) no! Okay so I ask for a refund like three times because she/he keeps back peddling. Finally they say I'll receive it in five days. We'll see. If not I'll take it up with PayPal. Something is definitely amiss with this company. I will not ever order from them again.
Ive encountered similar problem as stated. SLOW response. Lame excuses ( a week of national holiday??) cant be the whole office close and no one noticing my order. Had to be rude for their response. After 3 weeks, they still didnt provide me any tracking number. Just a status updates after some rudeness ive used.to desprately get their attention. But sadly now the status is stuck again on 'item ready'.. Counting to A MONTH after order, still ZERO.
I shouldnt be giving any star at all. Im beyond furious.

They have a huge selection, and lots of great items to great prices.. but my first impression with them ruined my experience with them a bit!
I tried to contact customer service, first by trying their live chat.. I had the chat window open for HOURS - even left it open when I went to bed, but there was no reply in the morning either!
I've also tried emailing them, but I still haven't got a reply - weeks after.
This is not acceptable from a shop that has been around for YEARS.. a friend of mine finally got a reply by sending email, but not until she had to be a bit rude!!
They are slow on sending your items out, the tracking system is a bit weird and clumsy. But that doesn't change the fact that their items are good.
I had a better experience with customer service the last time I ordered something. I bought a pair of shorts, and was waiting for them to be shipped, when I got an email from someone - saying it was out of stock. I was bummed out because of this, of course, because it clearly said they had it in stock on the site! The CS person who emailed me told me that they had tried to get more from the manufacturer, but to no luck. They offered me my money back, or I could change my order if I wanted.
