I bought a pair of canvas loafers

I bought a pair of canvas loafers, the quality is excellent and also the service from the company is excellent. Due to the quality of the shoes I purchased two more pairs in different colours. I cannot praise the company enough, quality, cost and service were all excellent

Online Shopping Great

Shopping with Shoezone was great but delivery was absolutely crap. If I had not checked my email I would not know it had been delivered I was in at the time the parcel was not left in a safe place it was left in front of the car with all to see. Please get a grip of the delivery people.

Nice shoes, shame they weren't big enough

Firstly, I ordered the biggest size dress shoe you have, it came and it looked as expected, sadly they did not fit. Which is a pity, the returns process seems simple so I will take them back to my closest store.

Needed some new slippers

Needed some new slippers, looked at Shoezone. Found exactly what I needed, and on sale as well. Ordered, and delivered next day. Slippers great, comfy and warm. Service excellent - quicker than me having to get the car out to get to the nearest shop, costing me petrol. I'll be back for boots!!
