I unfortunately had a terrible experience with BodyMod, especially with their customer support. I placed an order on a Monday afternoon for an event happening on Sunday. I chose them because their website clearly advertises same-day processing and FedEx delivery in 2-3 working days when I could have picked other websites.

In reality they held the parcel in their warehouse and only handed it over to FedEx on Wednesday at 16:00, a delay of two working days strictly on their end. Because of this internal delay, the package arrived the following Monday, after my event had already passed, so of course, I refused the delivery on arrival.

That's when the struggle started. When dealing with my refund, their support team was completely chaotic. They gave me three different, contradictory amounts for the return fees: first they cited around 50 RON, then 130 RON, and finally they decided to deduct a 140 RON "cancellation fee" from my money.

When I pointed out that it is completely unfair to penalize me 140 RON because THEY failed to respect their own dispatch policy, they completely ignored me. They dodged my questions about their internal processing delay, about shipments, basically dodged any question and just insisted on keeping the fee with every message like an automated answer. Zero accountability.

I absolutely do not recommend them. If you are unlucky enough that they mess up, they'll make you pay for their incompetence. Stay away!

Excellent products, service and costumer support

Very nice costumer service, the team was very helpful when my package got lost in transit. They sent me a new one immediately free of charge and it came soon. Recommend!!

My first time ordering from them was great, I had no issues whatsoever. The delivery took longer than expected but I hardly believe that's Bodymod's fault. However, second time ordering I had quite a few problems with the official website and I couldn't place an order for days. I contacted them and their customer support did their best to help me, even though they took a little long to reply. They didn't manage to solve everything, but were really nice about it and gave me a coupon as a way to make up for it. I'm waiting for the second order to arrive, again taking a little long, but it's not that big of an issue since I know the quality of their products is amazing. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I am definitely becoming a lifetime customer.
