Exceptional quality of service - great guidance and how-to videos
My electric shower wasn't heating properly. I'm moderately DIY competent but had never tackled a shower before and was on the verge of buying a complete replacement. I then found the Shower Doctor videos on YouTube - first-off I found one that showed me how to confirm that the heating element had burned out (always a good idea before parting with £50 for a replacement Heater Can Assembly) and then another really helpful guide to replacing a component in an electric shower.
The ordering process was brilliant - the Heater Can was dispatched the same day and arrived a day ahead of schedule. I reviewed the replacement video and, with the help of a friend (who provided that essential third hand at the critical moments) had the new Heater Can installed and the shower working in just over an hour.
A new shower would have meant at-least another £100 expenditure and the hassle of the new one inevitably not fitting in the hole left by the old one leading (potentially) to a re-tiling job!
Definitely 100% satisfied - I hope that I won't need them again soon but, if and when I do, I'll be back!

Great service, quick and friendly
Needed a new cartridge for my Bristan shower as it was leaking. Contacted ShowerDoc by phone and they suggested I sent a photo so correct one could be ordered. They quickly identified the cartridge as a Cart 5. I ordered one on the Friday and it arrived on Monday! Fitted it Monday evening and shower was back up and running. Excellent service would recommend.

The Shower Doctor must be "The Flying Doctor!"
Incredible service. The first time I have used this company and will certainly use them again. I placed an on-line order for a spare part for my shower on a Friday at 16:00hrs and received three emails withtin an hour. The first email was to confirm my registration as a new customer, the second was to confirm the details of my order and finally the third was to confirm my order had been despatched! I didn't expect to receive my spare part until the following week but I was astonished when I received the part the next day, Saturday morning before 11 a.m.! Talk about speedy service, they should be called "The Flying Doctor". Oh, and by the way, the part works fine.

Brilliant service, fantastic price
I ordered a Triton power shower on Thursday at 2.30pm, which was delivered before 10am Friday morning. Well packaged, reasonable charge for next day delivery.
I received e-mails to update me on progress and tracking system was informative.

I'm sorry to hear your shower is still not functioning after fitting the New TCO purchased on our website.
The TCO (Thermal cut out) is a safety device for the shower that shuts off the hot water to the shower if the water temperature it rises enough scald someone (EG:60 degrees) Normally if a TCO fails then it will reset after about 10-15 minutes once the shower has cooled down, If this happens on several occasions then eventually the TCO will fail altogether due to a fault in side the shower causing it to over heat.
The shower overheating and TCO activation can be down to one of the following reasons listed below:
A lack of water pressure to the shower (A minimum of 1bar is required)
The stop tap supplying the shower is not fully open
The filter in the shower has debris in it
You have a possible leak inside the shower
Wire terminals could be loose or melting
You have a faulty flow or Temperature valve
As the TCO purchased has not resolved your issue then It seems to be that the shower has an under lying issue causing the shower to overheat and the new TCO to fail. This will keep happening if you don’t find the fault.

I was very pleased to be able to find and purchase the part I required, with ease. I did opt for an overnight delivery for speed, though I thought the price for this was very good.
I also happened to ask a question about another part that was not detailed on the site. I felt disappointed that the reply was merely: "The rear casing is not available as a spare part." It seemed a little curt, yet I cannot argue that it was to the point and, no doubt, the truth! No complaints, though.

The doctor is in
Had an issue with a old(ish) Triton shower and the pressure relief valve blew - which meant I couldn't use the shower. Triton were helpful which part I needed, but couldn't sell me the part (because of the age of the shower).
Went to ShowerDoctor site armed with the Triton information and managed to find the part I needed in pretty short order. Purchasing was simple and quick and I paid the little bit extra for faster delivery, and bought two (one to install, and one spare). Five minutes after placing the order, I went back and put in a second order - for some shower cleaning solution - but left that at normal delivery.
Midway through the following day my little package arrived, and then a couple of minutes later the postman returned with the "slow" delivery. Nice!
Much relieved to see that there were instructions in each of the packages, and by (very cautiously!!) following them I was able to fix my shower in less than 10 minutes (including cleaning up time).
Yep, Shower Doctor site goes on my bookmark list and I'll be remembering them if some friend/relative is looking for that ever-elusive spare part for _their_ shower.

Excellent service with speedy delivery
Had a problem with a dripping shower. Shower doc was able to identify the shower from photos I emailed. Gave me options either to buy the shower cartridge £132 or purchase an overhaul kit £14 , which is seals ,washers and circlips, all that is required to do the job. They had video online linked to their website. Watch it a few times as it is done in "real time". It has tips and hints on problems that may occur when overhauling the shower cartridge. This was invaluable and recommend watching and following the advice. Think anybody could overhaul the cartridge if they take their time. I've waited a fortnight before writing the review,shower still working prefectly. Showerdoc service, advice, identification of the shower and delivery was second to none.
