We ordered glasses last year and had a problem in the quantity charged and delivered, however this was sorted out timeously and to our satisfaction. This order went through without any hiccups and we were surprised at how quickly the glasses were delivered.
Delivery was fast and the sunglasses were perfect.

I ordered my glasses on the 28th of February 2012. Today is the 19th of March and I still do not have my glasses.
After numerous "delays from the supplier" and
emails back and forth I learned that my glasses have not even been dispatched yet.
I was offered a 5% discount for the delay that did seem okay, but I have since learned that the price of the item I ordered has been lowered by 24% since I had placed my order. I have waited so long I might as well have placed the order now, at the lower price!
Why was I only offered a 5% discount, and not 24% like the item is listed on your website now?
Your shipping time is false and misleading, future buyers beware, and be prepared to wait more than a month.

As stated on our website, the average processing time is 5 to 12 working days as we have to order directly from our Italian suppliers. However your order was slightly delayed due to the high popularity of the brand ordered.
Your order was already shipped and you received an email notification providing detailed information to track your order.

Very happy with the service and feedback supplied, and tracking service of the item.
However the company receiving/clearing the items in Johannesburg demand an import fee, and a very vague "admin cost" [came as a surprise, and no warning of any such tariff structure]. I have no objection to paying import or clearance fees, but mention this on the webpage, and as for the "admin fee" , I feel this can be a rip-off.
But I am very happy with my new sunglasses.

the consultant i spoke to (kally) was polite and helpful, but the delivery of service is bad. I've ordered a pair of sunglasses on the 22 Dec 2011 and today is the 6 Jan 2012 and have still not received my item. The SLA for delivery was suppose to be 2-# working days... Where are my glasses????

We had shipped your order out within 2 days of recieveing the order, however there has been an issue with our shipping partner that has unfortunately caused the parcel to be delayed in a Johannesburg shipping hub and along with the holidays, this has proved to be a two week delay.
Please know that we are not happy with this outcome, however our service manager will be in touch with you shortly to resolve this for you.
While this is out of our control, we do feel responsible and apologize for the delay in delivery.

Ordered on the 12th and received on the 20th. Delivery would've been faster but there were local public holidays and local (jhb) courier sat on package.
VERY, VERY HAPPY with sunglasses (persol) - they are beautiful!
Customer services responded promptly to my queries regarding delivery times, availability etc and even gave me a further discount!!!
Didn't receive the "free lens kit" but not really bothered about it, as glasses came with persol box and cloth.
The price, product and service were impeccable.

I've not yet recieved my R200 glass cleaner, so what is the use of having a special that you don't deliver on??
On the other hand, the delivery time was very bad, as I ordered the glases 3 weeks before and on delivery, the courier told me to be at home (taking that I requested that they phone me 10 min prior to delivery)- so the delivery is also not that good concidering that I pay them R120 to travel less than 80km.

I'm sorry to read that you had a bad experience with us.
I asked our logistic team to express ship a lens cleaner kit to you. A small number of orders were sent without it, but we are fixing this now.
Regarding the delivery time, it really varies, depending on the model/size/color. We unfortunately don't have them all in stock. In this case, we order from our suppliers, which takes a bit more time.
