The package is coming 4 days later than it was supposed to. I won't be able to pick it up.
The website is misleading and promising something they can't deliver.
The customer service is a useless chatbot that repeats: "I don't understand".

No return accepted?
My boots were too big and I need to return them.
It's frustrating that their returning system is not working. It ends up as error at payment, stopping me making return-shipping label. They are not responding me for the problem as it says on the page either.

I did not receive from them, and got no update about my order. it seems from the reviews that this is a common problem that they need to fix. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering.

the worst online store
the worst online store. They sent me the wrong size shoes, the wrong size Bench jacke. And they even demand money for the return. I don't recommend anyone to buy here.
