Excellent service and better selection than I could find anywhere else. I *couldn't* find what I needed anywhere else. One shop told me it would take several weeks to get these strings!

Hi,
My previous experience for strings is good. Very quick delivery. Other items ... cleaning stuff... good that you guys called me but I don't always check my messages.. email *as well* would have been better. You may have actually sent me an email but I don't recall one. In fact I remember phoning you to see what was up because I'd not received anything. This has happened again this last week but for probably a different reason. My order status... 15FY13102590854... was altered to "verzonden" last Friday and I still haven't received anything. When I called I was asked to wait till this Friday and call again if nothing. I don't have a big problem with that... except it shouldn't take over a week to deliver two packets of plectrums IMHO. If I was recording and waiting on them and didn't want to go break off and go all the way to a shop I would probably be quite annoyed... sorry.
Anyways... The phone conversations have been nice and friendly at least.

Very good
Fast delivery as on previous occasions. Wrong size plectrum holder was sent out by accident. Aftersales responded quickly and swap for right size was handled efficiently and without extra postage costs.
