Ho acquistato vari prodotti, per ultimo un trasduttore ed una cuffia stereo bluetooth. Quest'ultima spedizione è arrivata dopo tre mesi e con la cuffia funzionante ad un solo canale. A nulla sono valse le numerose mail per avere soddisfatto il mio diritto di utente. Mi sono tenuto la cuffia non funzionante e loro non avranno più i miei soldi.
Ordered the Cube U30GT2 RK3188 Quad Core 1.8Ghz 10.1inch FHD IPS Retina Screen for wife's birthday on Dec. 3 and was assured that if I paid the $26.50 it would ship the next day and be here in plenty of time. Paid via PayPal. 2 days later on my account no notice of shipment. Opened new ticket and told them along with proof that PayPal had paid them. Next day it showed a shipping # via Fed. Exp For 3 days I kept clicking on status via shipping # of Fed Exp. They told me for the next 4 days that FedEx had the shipment. Called FedEx and the said they did not have the product and until vendor calls them for pick up they can do nothing and that tracking # is something they do via the net, but means nothing until picked up. I have many emails, tickets etc. that I kept and made screen shots of so I could point out all the broken promises they made. Finally received notice that it was shipped and it was here in 4 days. Only problem was that they did not include HDMI cable and screen covers I ordered with the tablet. Opened new ticket and told them so. They said they would ship right away. Well, another 4 weeks and no HDMI cable or screen protectors. Again, nothing but lies. Received tablet 4 days before Christmas or 2 weeks after my wife's birthday. I would avoid these guys like the plague and never ever pay for expedited shipping if you still wish to use them. If I do receive cable and screen savers, I will write again and confirm. The tablet is great, but would never buy anything from them again.

Puedes exigir que tu banco cancele la paga si has hecho la compra con tarjeta de crédito (VISA, MasterCard etc.). Lo único que tienes que hacer es hacer la queja en tu banco y explicar el caso demostrando que has hecho las quejas y que no has recibido el producto. El banco puede hacer la cancelación aunque la tienda haya sacado el dinero y es la tienda que tiene que demostrar que te ha llegado... no que te lo han mandado.
Ordered tablet Voyo a15 (order no. 130815245801). With delivery had no problems. A few days later the tablet stopped working WiFi. Decided to send back to the store. September 11 sent, received on October 12. Since I can not return the money. I do not advise this store. Disgusting attitude towards customers.
I bought Jiayu G4 in spemall (order 130524546869). It worked for several weeks, than touchscreen started to live by it's own life. I was told to return it back for repair by spemall. They recieved it on September, 6 (I have the confirmation from them) and informed me that repair time would last 1 month. I contacted them after one month to find out what is going on and they told me that they recieved the phone on Septmber 21 inspite of the confirmation from them. After 1 more week I was told that they recieved the phone on September, 27!!! Now I'm waiting for a new date of recieving....
Update: Finally, the problem has resolved - SPEMALL sent a new one phone.
I bought a phone from the Spemall.com (Umi x2 1GB / 16GB). The unit I received in 3 days,it. was a quick delivery! The local phone provider disabled the IMEI number. spemall.com tried to help. Update sent, talked with the engineers! I sent the phone back and had to wait for repairing my phone. They didn’t have a 16GB phone so after some negotiations they decided and sent me a 32 GB version for no extra cost . Thanks again for solving this issue so professionally! The delivery was quick, only 3 days! highly recommend them!
I bought allready two jiayu G4 phones from them. Shippment was fast, After 3 days it was shipped by dhl and arrived within a week in the netherlands.
Stock info is always a bit tricky with chinese sellers. Oftenn they promise more than they can deliver. Spemall says to ship within 12 hours, they do not all the time as i explained obove. But on the other hand, you should not by in china when your in a big hurry.
The last phone i ordered was a white G4. After a day they mailed me and told the white one was out of stock, black was available for immediate shippment. I then said black was ok,, had it after 4 days at home.
Service was not needed and can't commend on that. But as i said about stockinfo goes for service to, china is not the place to ask for aftersales. The reason to buy in china is the cheap prices. You want service? buy in your own country. Never the less i still have confidence that Spemall would provide the aftersales as good as they posibly can.
Conclusive: Spemall is reliable and save to buy. It deliverd fast and package was solid.
No son una empresa seria, después de 6 meses manándoles correos pidiendo explicaciones de porque no llegaba mi paquete, me dicen que creen que se ha perdido que me envían el justificante de envío y me compensan con un descuento de 50$ para la próxima compra cuando he pagado más de 180$. No están por la labor de devolverme el dinero. El servicio de postventa no existe como tal. Hablas con los mismos que dan información antes de realizar cualquier compra. Son lentos y malos. He intentado sin éxito registrarme en su foro para contar mi experiencia ya que tienen un post dentro de Customer Service que se llama: "Positive experience on spemall". Totalmente desaconsejable comprarle algo a esta gentuza.

I have never had so many problems dealing with chinesse resellers like with them. I will never do dealings with them again. I have bought without problems to dx.com, aliexpress.com, ebay.com (chinesse resellers).
I ordered a PIPO M9 10.1 inch tablet from SPEmall in April this year, I double checked they had the item in stock using their online chat service before placing my order. I also asked for express delivery via DHL because I didn't want this tablet sitting around in a China warehouse for weeks on end and asked them to declare a lower value on the item, all of which they did. 7 days later the tablet was delivered to my home in the UK by a DHL courier, there were no customs duties or VAT charges, I'm delighted with tablet and the SPEmall service was excellent. I've just placed another order for an iOcean X7 Smartphone with SPEmall, because I have confidence in them.
