Bad service and wrong products delivered!!!!!! :-(
Didn't delivered the products on time. secondly the cake, flowers and toys they showed and actually being delivered are totally different and last but not the least.... Ruined my surprise by calling the recipient and asking weather you received gifts or not.....totally unsatisfied and do not recommend to any online buyer.

Bad service
They delivered wrong product first of all, their site doesn't have proper options to send complaints, Live Chat not working.. and then they crib you didn't complaint within 3 days.. all bull shit..
Don't ever order anything from this site..

barbie doll bday cake
i ordered a barbie doll cake for my little niece, the cake was delivered on time. it was a very good cake i mean the quality of cake was good. it looked better then the picture. my family was very happy n pleased with it.

Overall it worked out fine.
On 26th Nov, I ordered flowers and cake for delivery on 28th Nov in Mumbai.
Price was competitive and flowers and cake were delivered on 28th (Sunday) with no issues. (I paid by paypal)
Only thing to complain about is that it was very difficult to get in touch with their customer service. I read on their website FAQ that there was a lead time of 3-4 days for orders and was concerned if they would deliver on 28th with order placed on 26th, Called twice to US number given in "call" link and left messages but no body returned my call. (I still haven't heard from them)
Overall it worked out fine.

Big Fraud Website
I wanted to send a gift to my newphew on his Bday. It was never got shipped. called 10 times.. I was told it shipped.. finally they said there was a mistake and they would like to refund.. called for refund 10 times.. still wating for refund.. this drama is on since 2 months still awaiting for refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATERS..wondering how to file a a cyber frad in India..

Very worst experience! I have been trying since more than ten days back, but could not reach them either thro mail or phone to track my order. Such a worst response I have ever seen. They promised guaranteed delivery within 24th of Aug 10. But till date it’s not delivered. Pls don’t trust these websites. Purely fraudulent website. Don’t even open the websites related to Talash.com. They cannot continue this. They should be punished for cheating customers continuously.
I would have not ordered in this website if i read the above complaints earlier.

wonderful service
This website is excellent. I placed a number of orders with them and they got delivered without any failure. The one which I sent to Gurgaon reached the third day of placing the order. the one which was to be sent to Pune reached there second day and the few other orders sent to a remote place in Haryana were sent within 6 working days. The very first time I had some confusions with them but I would definately use this website for future orders. But yes do not send cookies/biscuits using this website. They are either known by the name of talash.com or allIndiagifts.com.
