I purchased a replacement strap for my Tokyoflash Seven LED watch, which has been discontinued for years. To my surprise, they not only had spare parts available, but they have also improved the design and materials compared to the original. The new strap feels much more durable and of better quality.

Customer service was outstanding. Van replied to my emails quickly, kindly, and answered all my questions. The shipping arrived within the estimated time and the product was very well packaged.

The only downside was that I had to pay unexpected customs fees in my country (Spain), but that's down to the local postal service, not Tokyoflash. The company did everything right.

Overall: great product quality, excellent service, and a company that cares about its customers even years after the original purchase. Highly recommended.

Tokyoflash have been on my radar for years. I remember seeing a few of their watches on various blogs. (I craved the Radioactive watches back then) I had an urge for a new timepeice and searched them out. I lean towards mono kit so was attracted to the Rotar a nice chunky mechanical design with a 'path not taken' aesthetic.
The watch took a couple of weeks to arrive in the UK and i'm very pleased with it. Despite it not really being a dress watch it has a clean look and wouldn't be out of place with a suit. Plus, it survived a couple of days of construction work without scratches or dings. I'm getting use to the sound the rollers make (On the Hour) which kinda had me thinking of bugs initially, but is now a background effect.

Good to see Tokyoflash are still around making interesting watches. Keep it up!

I wanted a model that was out of stock. I emailed and after a few days I was informed they had found three and listed them on the website. I paid and waited. I didn’t have any clear idea how long things take to ship from the other side of the world and I was beginning to think I should check when it arrived. It’s weird, nicer than expected and my geek side is over the moon

The best online shopping experience I have ever had, the Tokyoflash japan team is so supportive all throughout, and the watches are just great ofcourse!

Their Customers Support is a joke. They reply very slowly...
I ordered a new watch... but their system "LOST" my order and the watch never got shipped... and now they are GHOSTING me... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! AVOID IT.

Marketed as a Japanese company with free delivery worldwide. And yet on delivery I had to pay import tax $14 - the kicker - I live in Japan. Paul at TokyoFlash informed me that I should have known about the import tax. Terrible customer service as Paul hadn't even checked the country I had ordered from. Very average product and I'm waiting to hear from Paul where in Tokyo their head office is so I can return it in person, instead of paying more unexpected expenses

DO not recommend these watches or their company.
Bought their Liquid Metal watch off these guys. Took months to receive it and once I did it was full of faults. After the hassle of eventually them agreeing to replace it and having to return the faulty one, the replacement they sent seemed fine at first then after 2 weeks now has the same issues. Is a expensive watch that is basically complete garbage that I have put away and will never use.

Used my Watch over the course of 4 - 5 years about 6 times as i dont like wearing watches, i plugged it in the other day to charge it and its now cooked and smells of burnt electrics.

I'd be ware as the quailty seems to be lacking in there products

i was looking for a watch in a certain color, but this color was sold out!
so i contacted them through their facebook, and was told that we might be able to get the color anyway. So i di what they told me to do, and within a within a week i had my watch!!!
This whole process took about 8 days, and considering they were answering when i was sleeping(i live on the opposite side of the globe), i'm suprised by how fast it went.

I bought a Kisai XTAL watch and it is as good as expected. Excellent quality and originality of products. Fast communication. And last but not least : Delivery at the speed of light !
My youngest son, age 8, wants one XTAL as well. But he´ll have to wait a couple of years. My thanks to all at Tokyoflash

I recently purchased the "Round Trip" watch keyring... WOW. What a gadget... I hope in time to purchase more of these stylish watches/items... Keep doing what your doing Tokyoflash :-)
