Dog finally stays in the back!
As everyone says it is worth the shipping cost! This is the only barrier I could find that was made specifically for my car and its the only one that keeps my pit bull in the back and off the leather seats. Totally worth it!

Decent materials, poor fit and customer service.
I purchased the dog barrier for an '09 Subaru Forester. Shipping was reasonably prompt but, upon arrival it became clear something wasn't right: either the barrier or supports were wrong and could not be installed as intended. I managed a temporary solution and promptly contacted customer service: the answer? To conveniently rewrite the installation sheet to align woth what I had fettled rather than send the proper parts. When I advised them that, despite that the fit was still improper (sat too low in the car with the top bar cutting across the rearview mirror and too far back restricting space in the boot, the response was resounding silence. I've managed to fettle a solution to the height issue but its still a compromise solution which should have been addressed by customer service. Even if they were to admit that the fit wasn't proper and they lacked a solution it would have been better as I'd have been happy to work with them to iron out the kinks. However,as it is, their response to a product issue is lacking and a hallmark of a poorly run business hence the low score. Too bad, as I said at the start, the base product is of decent quality just the fitment bits are poorly thought out.

Gate has worked fantastic!
I bought this to keep my two large hunting dogs in the back of my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It works very well, my only wish is that it was a little wider on the top, that it went closer to the sides (towards the windows) so that they couldn't get their heads through. I also had to cut the fabric covering over my roll cage to bolt it in. That was fine, but it'd be nice if you gave a warning of that. Oh, and you have to take of the hard top to be able to access the bolts, so put that into the installation instructions as well. Otherwise, this is one of the best products I've bought for my Jeep! It's constructed very well, durable, and easy to care for! I would recommend this product to any of my friends (and already have!).

Fantastic Divider!
The installation instructions were easy to read and follow. Installation took about 20 minutes. The divider doesn't rattle or shift, and does not block rear visibility. Well made, fast delivery, good value.

solid dog barrier--crappy S&H experience
The product itself is really high quality. I just installed it in my 2012 Touareg TDI. Installation was very simple and straightforward. Longest part I spent was cutting my Weathertech cargo liner at the rear D-ring holes to allow me to complete installation of the Travall dog barrier (I wanted to be precise).
The problem was shipping--Travall didn't provide a commercial invoice so I spent about an hour or so of my time between FedEx and the company trying to get FedEx what it needed to be able to clear customs. Then, when the product arrived, it was poorly packaged and literally one chunk of the product was sticking straight out of the box. For $170 and another $45 in shipping, you can imagine this was unacceptable. Luckily the product wasn't materially damaged--just a small scuff on the corner that was sticking out. Annoying to be sure, but not worth the hassle of shipping it back for another one in my opinion, especially after the customs hassle I dealt with. One final note--overall, even with the customs SNAFU, shipping was super speedy. To my surprise, I got it within a couple of days of ordering it (I live in New England).
Looks fantastic in my Touareg. Definitely recommend the product.

Sorry to hear you received the product slightly damaged, unfortunately with our products being shipped such a long way (UK to USA) we sometimes experience this kind of issue and it's usually down to careless handling by the couriers.
We are advised by Fedex to send 3 commercial invoices with our products and the driver's in the UK will not collect the parcels from us without these, so I think in this instance they'd been lost along the way.
We are in the process of adding a section to our websites to let customer's know of the customs charges, and I'm sorry this was not clear to you when ordering.

Good product, sub-par customer service
The product was as advertised, and works quite well. It was shipped quickly, but I am quite disappointed, however, with the customer service as I was charged additional shipping fees by FedEx after paying nearly 30% the cost of the product in initial shipping fees. These additional fees were not mentioned anywhere on the website, and when I contacted the company to question the fees and ask for an explanation and reimbursement I got no response. Foreign buyers beware....

Parts were missing from box & it took 3 weeks to remedy!!!
I had purchased a dog barrier for my vehicle and after waiting almost three weeks for shipping to get my package there were some hooks missing making install of the product impossible. So after many phone calls and emails and waiting another 3 weeks for the hook kit to arrive I was able to successfully install the dog barrier in my vehicle. That being said, this dog barrier that TravAll makes is the nicest most well made piece I have ever seen or found. It is NOT one of those cheap-o plastic universal fit barriers. I love the all metal construction. They are custom made to your specific vehicle and DO NOT rattle one bit. They are a perfect fit and I highly recommend this product to others.

Great product and fast shipping.
We had tried other cheaper products that were available locally in pet stores. The "one size fits all" style. The size sure fit, but it was not stirdy in our car at all. Our dogs easily loosened it and got out of the rear part of the wagon.
After giving up and being frustrated with so many failed attempts, we found out about Travall and their custom fitted cages for specific models of cars. After being shipped to Canada very quickly, we had a new cage installed in no time, and our dogs have no chance of getting out now.

Speedy Delivery of a Great Product

Excellent Product...Long Customs Delay
I am very pleased with the product both in quality and fit. A US Customs delay caused an added week to the delivery cycle. The issue was that a Bill of Sale was not available for US Customs. Once the issue was identified, Samantha Allman was extremely responsive to the problem... Many thanks for her help!
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Travall in the future.

Quality product with easy installation
The product is sturdy and easy to install. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but emails were returned promptly and communication was very good.
