FIRST. CLASS.

I'm always sceptical about the reviews I read online, ESPECIALLY with regard to hosting.... web developers are notorious for taking great pleasure in writing scathing reviews of hosting firms when something hasn't worked.... but TSO are QUALITY. My mate recommended them to me and I'm so glad he did!

I've only been using them for a few weeks and I've been in contact with Support a few times and each and every time they've been incredibly helpful.... even fixing something for me that wasn't really within their remit.

I was with Webfusion before and was quite happy with their service, but my VPS was full and I was looking for a more flexible package. TSO have introduced me to Cloud Hosting and I will never look back now.

Their control panel is truly a thing of beauty. It's so simple, yet incredibly powerful. The Wordpress preview functionality is truly a godsend. It always used to frustrate me that you couldn't properly check a Wordpress website before pointing the domain at it, but the TSO control panel edits the site location and makes a PROPER WORDPRESS PREVIEW possible!!!!

I'm using their Ultimate Cloud service, which is so flexible.... I can even host both Linux & Windows sites on the same package. It takes daily backups that couldn't be any easier to restore. It's completely upgradable at any time.... what more do you want??

I would have no reservation recommending TSO to anyone looking for hosting - first class in every way.

Fantastic product, awesome service!

I switched to Tsohost a year ago and haven't looked back since. This is quite simply, the best host that I have used. The products are simple to understand and fully featured, the prices are very competitive (you can even get a 10% discount off hosting with the code '<external link removed>' - I tried it and works!) and the support is fantastic.

When I was moving my first website to them I had a few teething problems, I raised a support ticket and it was answered within a few minutes with plenty of advice. When I still couldn't get it to work one of Tsohost's support team went in and fixed my site for me, at 2 in the morning! They're London based and by their own admission "don't employ call centre monkeys", which really means that the people that pick up the phone or answer online tickets are there to help, not to meet targets. That said, they have a 30 minute response target to support requests, when this slipped recently they hired another 12 staff (according to their blog) to make sure they pulled it back.

On the product side, there are various levels of hosting package and if you don't want to be tied in to a long term deal you can pay monthly with no commitment. So you can test them out for just £2.99 a month and get your money back if you're not happy. They run their own cloud hosting platform and also offer Cpanel hosting for those who want it. I have both and while their cloud platform doesn't have all of the features of Cpanel it is probably easier to use in a lot of respects and offers some great one-click install applications, including Wordpress, Joomla etc. Domain registration is also a pound or two cheaper than a lot of competitors too.

Speaking plain English

As two tech savvy people, myself and my business partner still get totally confused by web servers, smtp's, html's and other confusing acronyms associated with building pretty things to go on the internet. So, we hosted our website through TSO Host. Several times we had to call with technical questions and thank god the gentleman on the other end was patient enough to talk us through our issues in plain non-jargon based English. Highly recommended.

If Carlsberg made Managed Servers...

The best of the best, forget the rest....
We had been struggling with our Magento stores for several weeks, with site performance struggling and our server crashing two or three times a day. It affected our business locally as well as widely online. We were originally with Simple Servers, who couldn't get to the bottom of the issue and kept suspending our service, then switched to Heart Servers with similar results... all very frustrating. Until my brother (after much research) found TSOHost. After speaking to their team he was tentatively convinced (after hearing it all before) that they could not only get to the bottom of the issue, but optimise the server to ensure optimum performance for our Magento stores. Their ethos: "Part of this customer-focused attitude involves listening to customer comments, suggestions and concerns and acting on these wherever possible"... Needless to say, they have stuck to their word and not only delivered, but gone well beyond the call of duty, answering phone calls up until 11pm and working into the depths of the early hours to not only resolve issues, but implement changes to improve our sites performance. It has without doubt been the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am extremely anal in my own business about delivering the best customer service possible and must say the TSOHost team have gone well beyond my own expectations. I worked for John Lewis customer service for six years and can say that these guys even top JL for service. Don't hesitate to use them. Excellent Customer Service

I only just joined this company but I have been treat like a king, the customer service is excellent, they are so helpful and so fast at getting back in touch.

Last night at 12am I got an email for a problem that I was having, that was late!

I would definitely recommend this company, they are affordable and so far they seem fast and reliable.

Outstanding

I came over to TSO Host from Rackspace. I just couldn't afford the massive bills with Rackspace and all the additional support charges they kept billing me for. I wanted to keep the speed and scale-ability of Cloud Hosting, but drop the additional bill for support.

A friend suggested TSO Host, I had a quick call to discuss my needs and was up and running in 48 hours, TSO host even did the migration from my other server, which they did in the early hours of the morning to avoid any major disruption!

There support team is fantastic, responses to tickets are fast and overall the service I have received has been outstanding, I know have a Cloud Hosting Solution that's within my budget and fully supported!

Recommended without reservation!

About three years ago, the UK national organisation of which I am secretary decided it needed a website, to include a public forum, an indexed graphics section and updatable databases. I registered a domain name with Easyspace but realized later that they couldn't offer the quality of web hosting that we needed.

I searched in depth for a host company that would provide an economical but first-class service in general but, importantly, would also meet my personal needs as a newcomer to website construction and maintenance. Tsohost appeared to be the most promising in every aspect.

I opened an account with Tsohost in 2010 and requested Easyspace to release our domain name management, and was annoyed to be hit by their 'hidden' charge of £17.50 for the release. Tsohost make no charge at all for such, not that I would expect many clients to migrate from them.

Tsohost have met or surpassed all my hopes and expectations. When I've raised queries with them, they've understood my low level of skill and have responded appropriately. And those responses haven't taken days, or even hours - they've been received within minutes, even on a Sunday night!

Great product and amazing service

The best hosting I have ever used. Does everything beautifully and easily and any problems have be dealt with brilliant.

Most problems are due to my less tech savvy knowledge and after contacting the customer care team they have always come back with useful and successful answers (normally within minutes).

Would recommend them to anyone over any hosting provider.

Fantastic support, totally reliable host

I have been hosting my site with this company for 3 years. When I started out I knew very little about site hosting and these guys were brilliant at answering any of my questions. They respond quickly to email and phone queries. The c panel access has given me full control of my site.
They are professional and accessible and the service is reliable and cost effective - what more could you ask. Can totally recommend.

I'm not a techy just a plumber messing with things way above his pay grade, hey-ho I'm a control freak!

I have a really small wordpress site which is reasonably well optimised and brings in regular enquiries and clients. While it appears small fry to some, uptime and tech support are both as critical to me and my income as they would be to any large company. The team at TSOhost have never let me down. Uptime is solid and support incredibly swift and knowledgeable. I have no reservations at all in highly recommending TSOhost.

Truly unbelievable service and support.

I have several sites hosted with TSOhost. I just had 3 support queries all resolved within the space of just over half an hour, and at 11am on a Sunday morning! TSOhost's level of support is just unbelievable.

TsoHost is not my first web hosting provider....but it will be my last!

I've been with TSO Host for a bit over 2 years, using their Cloud Hosting.

I've been with at least 2 other large web hosting providers in the US, that were top rated, and they almost always failed to honour their uptime promises. I've been into web development for 8 years now.

TSO host is quick to resolve issues, and instead of having your site down once a month for over 5 minutes...you may have 1 outage every two years with TSO...and they take it seriously, solve it quickly, and then let you know what they're doing to prevent something similar from happening.

I have outside audit on the uptime% on the 4 websites that I run, and it's always in the 99.5-100%...whereas with the other providers, it was more in the 85-92%.

TSO host is not the cheapest hosting, but those few extra pounds or dollars, will save you a lot of headaches down the road.

I have a Cloud Hosting, Linux/Windows hybrid platform and host both ASP.NET and PHP (Wordpress) websites.

Great customer service

The customer service is absolutely excellent. My emails are responded to immediately, even at out of normal working hours, and the response is always friendly and helpful. There is also a local number to call should i need it, but never have as the email support is so efficient. By a very long way the best provider I have had, and I've been through a few!

I have used TSO Host for around 3 years now and I would say that no other service compares to theirs. I have some fairly complex web apps running on their servers and I need to them to be reliable. TSO hosting ensure that this is possible and the support level in terms of response time, politeness and getting and issues sorted is second to none. Great hosting provider for me, a confirmed geek

I wanted a linux/cPanel hosting service, with shell access. No initial specific intentions, but I wanted to move some of my projects from a linux server at home to elsewhere, to ease remote access, sharing with friends & colleagues, etc.

After asking for recommendations on a number of forums I frequent, I took out a Pro account using a discount code making my year1 costs just 15gbp including domain name. A bargain, based purely on price I wouldn't have gone anywhere else, and the recommendations I received made it a no brainer.

18 months on, I now have a number of personal & group projects hosted on the account, using both the free domain, and also providing hosting for a number of other domains (both my own and friends/family).

When renewal time came around, I had absolutely no qualms with paying the full 50gbp for the year.

I've only had cause to contact support once (to have shell access enabled) but they were incredibly quick to respond & provide what I needed. From reading their support forums, this would appear to be "the norm".

The organisation I currently work for is large enough that they perform all IT services, including hosting, in house, but I wouldn't hesitate to look at TSOHost were I to find myself at a smaller firm with requirements for which TSO would be suitable.

I've had my sites hosted with a few providers but none of them were a patch on TSO Host.
They were extremely helpful when I moved my sites over to them 18 months ago offering excellent pre-sales advice and helping with the transfer.

Add to that, their support is blisteringly quick!
Apart from uptime (which is also outstanding), responding to support tickets promptly must be a customers greatest concern.
Well have no fear with TSO, they seem to reply back almost as soon as you've pressed 'Send'!
And they sort the problem almost as quick.
In conclusion, First Rate & 5 Stars!

Reliable with very fast UK-based support if you need it.

I moved my personal site here when Apple dumped its webhosting customers.
Tsohost dealt with my questions very promptly when I was sussing them out. Since joining Tsohost I have had no problems and my stuff always loads fast (even uploads - BT permitting). One or two queries I had were answered within minutes. Prices seem reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

Tsohost are reliable, reasonable and effective.

Tsohost are quite simply the most reasonable and most effective hosting company. They do what they say, when they say. The are good for newbies and have the power to help companies grow. My online presence has been powered by Tsohost for three years without any issues.

Fast support, not so fast hosting

Have moved all of my sites from Streamline to TSO because Streamline support is horrendously poor. TSO is great. TSO support requests are responded to almost instantly and helpfully. Only complaint is on some occasions the hosted websites are slow to load. If this latency issue could be resolved TSO would get a 5 star rating.

Get online without any hassle

Just the job for our club's website. No fuss, no hassle, easy to use. Hard to beat at any price.

Tried several, this is the best

We put servers at several data centres with different hosting companies and then got rid of the ones that had poor connectivity and did not respond when there were problems.

We've been with tsohost for six years now and they are clearly head and shoulders above the rest. Tsohost isn't a huge company weighed down with procedures, nor is it a one-man band.

I've have been with Tsohost for over six months now, every time I have a problem Tso help team always there to help. They respond very quickly as well. I am not a technical person, and often don't know if the questions I asked actually related to Tso hosting, but the Tso team will always give me guidance even if my problem have nothing to do with them.

Good hosting company who look after their clients including the small guy

I have been with Tsohost for a couple of years now and have found them to have provided me with a solid service combined with good communication and reasonable prices.

Its really pleasing to be able to use the different software that can be loaded using the Softaculous within the Cpanel control panel.

All my Domain names have been transferred over to Tsohost.

I've used TSOHosts for several years now and have found them to be very friendly. Service is always fast and responsive and when problems occur (mine or theirs) they are fast to respond and sort the situation out.
