I like cex for technology they have different grading systems to tell you how new the items are which is very helpful. I picked a grade A product so I knew it would be in mint condition. I liked the pecs of the phone. Cex website was easy to use. The customer service was great, swift delivery, well packed parcel.

Top Tier experience ALWAYS.
Staff always polite and helpful, one lady in particular really wrnt above and beyond to call another branch of CEX to get me refunded the same visit to the Aldershot Branch and very close to closing too. And in all honesty all the staff in the Aldershot branch always super helpful polite and friendly attitude will go above and beyond to assist. Never had any issue in receiving the quoted funds for all sales I have completed with them. Just top tier, nothing whatsoever negative to say at all. Highly recommend.

Sent the wrong item, refused a fair solution
I purchased a specific, higher-spec graphics card, but this company sent me a lower-tier, cheaper model instead.
When I contacted customer service about their mistake, they simply told me to post it back or return it to a store. However, the card I actually paid for was now out of stock. Returning it meant my son would be left without a working PC while I had to source a replacement elsewhere.
Given the inconvenience caused entirely by their error, I asked for a partial refund to cover the price difference between the card I paid for and the cheaper one I actually received. They flat-out refused.
So, essentially, they took my money for a premium product, sent a worse one, and refused to adjust the price.
Expecting the customer to absorb the cost of your mistake or jump through hoops to fix it is atrocious service.
Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Easy friendly transaction
