Fantastically efficient service with quick results
I have never used an online letting agent but I had heard good things about Upad and as they were offering a free advert when taking out landlord insurance I decided I had nothing to lose by trying them. Right from the beginning I was amazed at the efficiency of their service. Their website is really easy to navigate which made compiling the advert really easy. This was live within 24 hours and we had our first viewing that evening. During the following days we received numerous enquiries and after a week we had found our potential tenants. I was impressed at the reference and credit check report I received from Upad which reassured us our tenants were a good choice. I would definitely use Upad in future and recommend them to other landlords

There is nothing a traditional agent does that you can't do yourself using UPAD
I used to be an estate agent in London for a good reputable firm and I used UPAD to rent out my flat. I can't find fault with their service and there is nothing a traditional lettings agent does that UPAD doesn't do except for conducting the viewings obviously. It is a fraction of the cost and I fundamentally don't believe agents add any value in lettings. Sales is a bit different but a property will rent for its market value otherwise they will rent an equivalent property down the road! The lettings agents in West London charge 10% plus VAT which is 12%. For me this would have been a lettings fee of £2,864 all up front! I used UPAD and it cost £100+VAT - £120.

So easy to use - why wouldn't you?
The system is very easy to use & plenty of photos can be uploaded as well. My advert was live for less than 12 hours (and most of that was overnight) due to the fast & numerous responses. Upad enabled me to pause the ad until the credit checks were completed & the lease was signed, all within 1 week.
I would recommend this service to anyone that wants a quick, easy & cheap way of advertising a property & I'll definitely be using it again

Worth the money - a highly proffesional service. Knocks socks of estate agents!
We all run to estate agents in the fear of the hassle factor and possibility of not renting our buy to let properties however infact the truth is, if marketed correctly there is no risk. THIS is what UPAD proved to me. I let my property in only 4 hours, £70 pcm above what I hoped for and saved over £2000 in the process. Knocks spots off the competition.

A highly efficient, professional and cost-effective service.
Where has UPAD been all these years! My only complaint is that the service is not advertised enough because I only heard of it last year. I used the complete tenant find service and had a professional photographer with outstanding photos within days. I found wonderful tenants in just a few days and no headaches with references and a completely professional ASA tenancy contract within...days! All for nearly a third of what a high street estate agent would provide - without the pain!! I cannot recommend this service enough.

Fantastic company offering a comprehensive & efficient property letting service.
I was looking for an alternative to a traditional high street estate agent, to re-let our property, as all the profit we made was being swallowed up by estate agent fees. By chance I stumbled upon Upad whilst searching the internet for options. Really I was also looking for a way to advertise the flat to as wide an audience as possible, not just Gumtree.
From start to finish the Upad team were amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable of their product & the market, efficient & always available when I called or emailed. You can pick & choose how much or little of the process you want them to take on & keep your costs low.
I will never go back to a traditional estate agent now. Upad are amazing & you should definitely use them if you're looking to let a property, as we were.

Great service - lots of viewings and someone on the phone when I needed them
Was very impressed with the service - I had a steady stream of viewings come through and the process from advertising to signing the contract was three weeks.
Useful to have someone to speak to when I had a question and I would definitly use them again.

A simple, easy to use and well organised all in one service for Landlords
I would recommend Upad to any Landlord who needs a full comprehensive online service for his/her rentals. I found it helpful to be able to talk to someone in their team anytime I was unsure about anything concerning the rental. Beit Tenancy legalities or photos and floor plan, they guide you and are available to offer useful advice.The enquiries were genuine and the flat is now rented. Upad advertises its properties on all the relevent online portals and deals with all enquiries prior to them giving the Landlord the details of the potential tenant and visa versa. So one feels supported. Give it try!

Refreshing alternative to the high street agents
Extremely pleased with Mike and his team for their efficiency, transparency and help throughout. Having always used high street lettings agents, discovering UPAD was a refreshing change. It was good to meet prospective tenants face to face, and base our decisions on instinct as well as formal references. Highly recommend UPAD. Excellent service.

Brilliant - Wished we had used this service sooner
Professional photographs excellent, really showed the property to its full potential. Listed on a Tuesday rented with deposit by Friday of the same week what more caould we ask. Much more proffesional and substantialy cheaper than putting a property with an agent..

Outstanding!!
I was more than a little nervous at first, entrusting the marketing of my flat to Upad. I had only ever used the classic high street agents before. Upad is a breath of fresh air! No more estate agents!! Upad have done exactly what they promised and all in a timely fashion. I am mightily impressed. For a fraction of the cost of the High Street agents, Upad have successfully marketed my flat and I am very happy. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord. Thank you to all the lovely Upad people I spoke to over the phone, all of whom were knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience and I will certainly be back.

Let in 2 hours!
We have used Upad for 5 of our property lets now, and they have always delivered the goods. The follow up service is supurb as well. Truly the best. With our most recent ad, from going live on Rightmove, we had an enquiry within 2 hours which lead to us granting them their new tenancy.
Your property is likely to big your biggest investment, so don't go for the cheapest letting portal - go for the best - go with Upad!

uPad - hassle free assistance for landlords
I heard about uPad from my son who used them successfully to rent out his London flat. The website is very user friendly to set up the initial requirements. The email and phone contacts with the uPad personnel were always prompt and courteous, and the text ed notifications of prospective tenants meant that things could move ahead quickly. The scope of their advertising meant that there was a constant stream of viewings, ensuring that my property was not empty for long. The best bit is that their costs are extremely competitive and beat local estate agents hands down. I can highly recommend uPad.

Excellent service & very good value for money
We used Upad for the first time and were really impressed - exactly the service we were looking for. It enabled us to miss out the expense of an estate agent, whilst giving us the support we needed to get onto the big sites like Zoopla and Rightmove, as well as progressing the referencing.
Regular calls kept us up to date on progress - we didn't expect this from an online company and were pleasantly surprised by this attention to detail for such good value. Overall, we'd have no hesitation in recommending Upad.

It's about time there was a service like Upad...!
What a great idea! I have been wanting something like this to happen for a while. I get sick of paying agency fees and especially renewal fees!

One super happy landlady
My daughter told me about Upad and as I was none too satisfied with the letting agents I had used the last time I rented out my studio flat they seemed worth a try. I was impressed with the level of service, the fact that they were always available and helpful however often I picked up the phone and with the quality of the photos and their help with my listing.
I also appreciated the opportunity to "vet" prospective tenants via e-mail and to sift out those who would not have met my criteria or who would have found the flat unsuitable without having to show them round.

Fast efficient professional service
Upad gave us an online service with someone at the end of the phone instantly whenever needed. We had far more interested potential tenants from upad than through our local estate agents. Very impressed with the complete service they provided.

Excellent. Traditional agents cause me more problems than they solve.
This service was just what I needed: it is access to the main property portals that is so crucial. But, it was also great to know that there was support on hand if needed. I also used Upad's tenant referencing service. I hate how traditional agents now financially exploit tenants in this way, so I really hope Upad's reference fee doesn't creep up over time from it's current level of £50. If Upad's pricing remains as reasonable as it is currently, I will definitely use them to rent my next property.
The first applicant took my property. They rang me before I had even received the confirmation e-mail telling me that my listing was live.

The best way to let a property
Great service - enables the private landlord to advertise on the major portals and handles the initial inbound enquiries, filtering out salesmen/timewasters etc.
Completed the referencing and contract drafting quickly and effectively. Easy to get through on the phone and staff are friendly when you do.
Highly recommended - I'll be using UPad again for my other properties.

Upad make letting easier
I will certainly use Upad again. The process of listing a property was simple and easy and finding tenants took no time at all. I was most impressed by the communication from the Upad team, calling to make sure I was happy with the service and regular updates with regards to the tenant referencing. An excellent service.

Amazing service!
I was a bit sceptical at first as I'm a first time landlord and letting myself which is a bit daunting. But immediately upon first contact I knew I was dealing with very responsible people. Very polite on the phones and dealt with my case very quickly. Will definitely use Upad again!! Ps, if only Upad has a friends referral system, I would try harder to recommend a few more friends to use you:)

Great service, house let 1st day after advert went live.
I have recently purchased a few properties to rent out. 1st one I paid a High St letting agent, who found tennants after 3 weeks and charged me a considerable amount of money for the service.
2nd property I decided to try Upad. I paid my money (considerably less than for my 1st property) and posted my advert. The advert went live monday evening. Tuesday morning I had 3 messages from upad with 3 prospective tennants. 1st viewing paid deposit and took property. Good communication with the company.
Will I use them again, you bet.!

EXCELLENT - could not have been better
I can't believe how brilliantly easy Upad has been, and what fantastic value for money! I used the £99 property listing service and it's got to be the best £99 I've ever spent - well worth the money for the fantastic efficient service.
My listing went live earlier than I expected - it seemed very quick - and I got my first enquiry less than 10 minutes after receiving confirmation that it had gone live on Rightmove. After just one day I had 8 enquiries and had to pause the listing as I wasn't able to cope with all the appointments to view. As I live a long way from the rental property I arranged for 6 viewings all on the same day a week ahead. On the day, two called to cancel, two failed to show, and the two who turned up were both so keen to take it they both offered over the asking rent. I think the rent was fair and adequate so rented it at the asking price to the couple I felt more comfortable with as a long term prospect. If I could have shown the flat the day it was first listed it would certainly have been let that same day.
Once I'd chosen my tenants I pressed the button to request references, not expecting anything to happen on a Sunday. But the website said lines were open and I had a query as there were actually 4 tenants, so I called fifteen minutes before closing time and not only was someone there, but he was able to tell me that he had already been talking to my tenants. Because they were going abroad on holiday and had to have moved out the day they got back, they actually wanted to move in on the Wednesday, which meant completing the referencing procedure for all four and drafting the agreement within 48 hours. Upad actually achieved it within 24 hours!
Despite the pressure and the fact that I wanted some clauses inserted to the agreement and had some queries about it, the staff (mainly Dustin) were always polite, helpful, cheerful and positive.
So I couldn't fault Upad - the system is efficient, easy to use and control, and value for money - and in my experience the customer service provided by the friendly staff was superb. I have told everyone about Upad and I can't recommend them highly enough.

great product, very happy!
Having used a high street estate agent to market 2 flats for us with not a single viewing in 3 weeks, we then turned to upad. I really like how it all works. You create the ad and upload the photos. Upad essentially provide you with access to all the big letting websites and then answer all enquiries for you. Both flats were let within a week! Will definitely use again next time!

Discovering Upad a revelation!
As experienced landlords but new to Upad, all we can say is wow! Great service (some initial problems setting up our account but sorted promptly) and so many responses to our first property listing that we are speechless. The tenant reference service and AST production was equally as impressive.

Very good service at good price
UPAD provides an easy to use property advertising service. They pass along prospective tenants quickly and simply. They charge an appropriate price for the service, unlike standard estate agents who often ask for excessive fees both of landlord and tenant.

Upad offer an excellent service which enables private landlords to gain access to the big property websites for an economic cost. Upad's service is fast and polite. I had a good response to the advert I drafted which was put on Rightmove very quickly. Tenant referencing and contracts took 24 hours. What's not to like?

Excellent and speedy service
Details of the property were live within 2 hours and we received many calls from potential tenants. First person to view the property wanted to rent it and references were completed within 2 days and the tenant in the property within 6 days.
The only negative comment was from the tenant who felt the company getting the employer reference was too pushy with different people phoning the company numerous times the same day.
From a landlord perspective the experience was outstanding.
