More than happy with the computer itself, condition as expected delivery as detailed and battery life better than i thought it would be.
Prompt reply to my e-mail when I had a problem, so no complaints there.
The reason I haven';t given it 5 stars is because i didn't expect the software to be so out of date. While I realise it is a second hand computer, I would have thought it would be easy enough to update the software pre-installed on it before sending it out. I wanted to use my own anti virus software but had to first update IE and that meant had to first update Windows - not always hassle free!
Am hoping my problems are over now but I could have done without the hassle.
