Mycket dålig erfarenhet – fortfarande ingen utbetalning

Jag sålde biljetter via Viagogo till en match den 25 juni 2026. Min utbetalning skulle vara 35 000 kr, men trots att det gått över två månader har jag inte fått pengarna.

Jag följde Viagogos instruktioner för biljettöverföringen och har skriftlig bekräftelse från FIFA på att två biljetter överfördes framgångsrikt. Trots många kontakter, utredningar och besked om att betalningen skulle hanteras har Viagogo till slud nekat utbetalningen och hävdar att biljetterna inte levererades i tid.

Jag bestrider besludet och ärendet är nu anmält till ARN och relevant konsumentinstans i Schweiz. Min erfarenhet av Viagogos hantering har varit mycket negativ.

Very poor experience – still no payment

I sold tickets through Viagogo for a match on 25 June 2026. My payout was supposed to be SEK 35,000, but more than two months later I have still not received my money.

I followed Viagogo’s ticket transfer instructions and have written confirmation from FIFA that two tickets were successfully transferred. Despite numerous contacts, investigations and assurances that the payment would be handled, Viagogo eventually refused the payout, claiming that the tickets were not delivered on time.

I dispute their decision and the matter has now been reported to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the relevant consumer body in Switzerland. My experience with Viagogo’s handling of this case has been extremely poor.

Extremely disappointing experience with Viagogo.

My tickets were cancelled, and I was told that I would receive a full refund. First, I was told to wait up to 8 days. Then the deadline was extended to 10 days, then to 12 days. Now, after those 12 days have passed, Viagogo is asking me to wait another 3–5 business days.

Every time the promised deadline arrives, they simply extend it again and give another excuse. This is completely unacceptable.

I do not need apologies or sympathy. I need my money back.

I have spent a significant amount of time contacting customer support, only to receive different deadlines and the same promises over and over again.

Based on my experience, I absolutely do NOT recommend Viagogo. Think twice before using this website, especially if you are paying a significant amount of money for tickets.

If you value your money and your peace of mind, I strongly recommend using another ticket provider.

I got my tickets 5 days after I purchased them. Before buying my tickets i made sure to check if it transfers to axs and that it was marked with a star, that’s how you know it’s legit. Unfortunately the view was restricted, this was not mentioned in the description or shown in the picture

Do NEVER buy from this company, swedish house mafia concert in Ullevi has started and still no tickets received. Been in contact with their support since 1 month back when i bought them to make sure i recieve the tickets ATLEAST the same day before the concert. The Clock is 19:00 and started 17:00 still no solution or tickets, Thank you so much for ruining my weekend unbeliveble.

This company is a absolute joke - they oversold the concert we were going to. When we fibnalu called half an hour before the concert started to customer service we had to wait on hold for 15min while they escalated our issue. Then finally when we got to them they informed us that they had screwed up and didn’t have our tickets. Then they gave us an option for new tickets- but guess what: they were non available. This website is a fln joke.

The concert was magnificent!
Though, once we were seated at seats it appered that our seats were double booked. Same row, same seats on to separate buyings!
Fortunately for us, we were at our given seats first. For the other couple with same row and seats as us, it was a loooong wait before staff could find other seats for them.
It should not be that same barcodes, tickets are double booked!

Was a really easy interface to use, my favorite part is that it gives you an idea how your seat looks 🙂 and the price was good too

Not just canceled the sale few minutes before the event,
Now you try to charge me 100€!!!!

These are scamer and theives, the 2 agents I talk to today, Zel who told me the problem will be solved as to why i couldnt publish my tickets even though i did everything correctly, 10TH THEY REJECTED MY LISTING FOR NO REASON and Grace, the second agent told me they can't issue a refund even though I proved to her that it was THEIR fault for their crappy ahh website, and their dmbahh agents who clearly couldn't give me the proper information to help me publish the ticket. DO not buy from this website, if you do, be ready to not recieve your ticket in time, faulty agents and website, and worst of all, if you can't make it to the concert, say good bye to your money.

They are fraud! Don’t buy anything from Viagogo!

We bought Linkin Park concert tickets, paid a lot for premium tickets, but on the last day they sent us bad bad tickets and no other option - and of course no refund. Kinda ruined the experience.

Shitty company. Had bought tickets to a game, got tickets spread out and not next to each other. Contacted support, their incompetent the staff were unable to help me until about 5 hours went. Failed to disclose that returning the tickets did not guarantee me any "replacement tickets". Once I returned the tickets expecting replacement tickets, they said they were unable ot find any and told me they will refund me. Let's see if I even get this refund.

Update I got the refund and the old tickets I had ”returned” still worked. So essentially got to watch the game for free🤷‍♂️

After getting stung for €40 on a FB group in my first attempt at get my hands on a Geese ticket for their Bataclan date in Paris March 6th 2026, I was feeling a little cautious about getting stung again. However, Viagogo.com had a 4 star rating on Trustpilot. I then checked Viagogo.se and the reviews were mostly 1 star with very disappointed customers. I just wanted to say that my experience with Viagogo.se was smooth. I clicked on the ticket, it gave me 10 minutes to complete the payment. After making the payment, I received my confirmation email to say I had paid for the tickets, and 5 minutes after I received an email with the download link for the ticket. The ticket was genuine and my wife got access to the gig - relieved! While paying the excessive ticket price (5x the original price) was my own call, what I'm recommending here is the service, based on my own personal experience.

It’s a scam! Do not buy anything from here, avoid at all costs. You won’t get your tickets until hours before the event even then it’s not guaranteed that you will get them. You pay and you get nothing in return.

No tickets provided. Got an email two hours before the concert

Warning – do not buy tickets from this company (Viagogo)

I purchased tickets to a basketball game in Serbia. After buying the tickets, I booked flights and a hotel. For several months, their website clearly stated that the game would take place on January 16, which was the date shown when I bought the tickets.

By pure chance, I later noticed that EuroLeague’s official website listed the game on January 14. I contacted Viagogo’s customer support via email and chat and spent an entire day speaking with them. They claimed they needed 72 hours to investigate what “might have happened.” That same evening, I received an email stating that they themselves had discovered that the date on their website was incorrect.

Two days later, I received yet another email saying that the game had been rescheduled to an unknown date. No other source claims this. Neither EuroLeague, the club, nor other ticket sellers show any new date.

The only solutions Viagogo offers are:

that I will receive tickets for the new date (which I cannot attend, as my trip was booked specifically for this game), or

that I resell the tickets myself.

No compensation. No help with flights or hotel. No real solution.

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Viagogo takes no responsibility for their own mistake, despite the fact that I have suffered financial losses due to their incorrect information.

Avoid this company. Buy your tickets elsewhere.

This is a complete scam.
Viagogo takes your money and gives you nothing in return. No tickets, no responsibility, no real customer service — only excuses after it’s too late.

Do not trust this company!!
If you don’t want to lose your money and your sanity, stay away.

I cannot recommend this service under any circumstance

Complete scam. I bought two tickets for an event next year. Under order page it says I will only receive them on the day of event. After trying to get refund I was told it's impossible. I was offered to relist "my tickets" after confronting them with question, how can I relist something I don't have they only replied saying this is the only option.

Complete scam. Never buy anything from them. Bought front row tickets, got tickets all the way in the back. Paid 3 times more than indicated on the ticket. Support fully declined accountability and any compensation for their error.
