WebVitamins 

I'm just finding out they closed. I was getting ready to order again. I liked WebVitamins. I was ordering from them for at least 2 years. They shipped quickly to me. I ordered products on their site that I couldn't find anywhere else. Their prices were good, especially when they had a coupon. I hope I can find my items somewhere else for a reasonable price.

I ordered 4 items that were supposed to be in stock and a week later they sent me an e-mail saying the shipment has been delayed indefinitely.

In the meantime they almost doubled their price for the item I ordered, so they are no longer competitive with other sites.

Goodbye Webvitamins forever. I will never order from them again and I suggest that others follow my advice to buy elsewhere.

I placed my order on 12/11/2015, and have not received it yet as of today, 12/29/2015. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my friend!

Ordered on 11/30. Today is 12/18 - still haven't received product yet. Sent email asking for help - no response. Called - customer service didn't care. Never order from this company - horrible!

ordered from them on 11/30 - received the 1.5 lb package via usps 12 days later. customer service could not be more unfriendly, they could not care less - will Never us these guys again.

Ordered a case of spaghetti sauce. Shipped via ground service. Took two weeks for delivery. Upon opening the box, found broken jar and very strong mold smell. Immediately threw out the entire case to a dumpster. WebVitamin refused to refund the order without proof of damage. I didn't want to dig out the moldy box for the dumpster. Customer Support informed me that without a photo they would not provide any refund.

I have placed and order and selected expedited shipment for extra money. Order was shipped 1 week later using First-class mail instead of priority.
Customer service was very unfriendly.
I will never buy from them again.

My order was cancelled without any notification not even an email.

Never received confirmation of my order by email...nothing in junk mail either. Customer Service couldn't find my order so i ordered elsewhere. 8 days later my small shipment ships from the time the order was placed. I had ordered elsewhere..now i have the same products from two different companies coming. Lousy place to shop. Prices are ok...but better places like lucky vitamin!

WebVitamins.com has great prices and excellent service.

My first order with WebVitamins was a great experience. They had exactly what I needed and great pricing.

I did a lot of comparing when I was looking for supplements for price and shipping and the site by far was the best

Service, especially shipping could have been better. It's understandable if the shipping was free and the item shows up late. But when we pay 4+ dollars for shipping for a small item and it takes more than a week to show up, it's not that idea.
Happy with the item overall.
