A Wow Experience
I am delighted to say that dealing with your company has been a “WOW” experience which certainly exceeded my expectations. My requirements were modest; some spare castors and the repair of my Herman Miller chair. Everyone I came in contact with were helpful and competent, I was kept updated throughout and then last Tuesday your repair man arrived and in no time at all with the minimum of inconvenience my broken chair was magically transformed back to perfect health.

Good professional approarch
First class customer services, its so unusual to receive these days, I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Worked well for me
I am very happy with the service I received from Wellworking, they advised on what they felt would suit for my needs and offered trial chair, when tried and found not suitable they then offered another which worked out perfect.

Thorough, reliable and very professional
I found Wellworking through a google search and after reading their reviews decided to contact them via an on-line request. I received a response to my enquiry within an hour and was chatting to their very professional assessor in no time. Our ergonomic assessments were booked in a timely fashion and the very comprehensive reports followed within 24 hours. We were pointed in the direction of their recommendations but not given the hard sale to purchase anything which is great too. I've since recommended Wellworking to a friend who has experienced a very similar service and would be more than happy to do the same for others.

Can't expect better service
Am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Wellworking team (Customer Services, Sales and to Delivery). I didn't hear about this company earlier and was keen to buy from John Lewis however I cancelled at the end as Wellworking delivery time is 3 days compared to John Lewis 2 months window.

3. David from delivery; am absolutely thrilled for his excellent service in providing demo and passing good tips how to maximize the benefits.

excellent service
this was the SECOND aeron chair i purchased from wellworking. i am a GP and sit for long periods of the day so a comfortable and SUPPORTIVE chair is paramount. the aeron chair is not cheap but it is bloody good at what it's meant to do ie provide superlative tailored ergonomic support.
i bought the original chair for myself some 9 months ago and since then i have noticed that i get much less back pain and stiffness, something which i suffered from quite a lot with all other chairs.
the second chair was bought for my father who is also a GP in the same practice as myself.
when i phoned to order the chair and informed well working that i had placed a previous order with them but that currently they were not the cheapest in the market, they said they would match LAST year's price. a saving of almost £120
the chair was ordered on thursday and arrived the following tuesday -3 working days - which i consider pretty good turnaround
a v pleasant and knowlegable gentleman came and set up the chair for my dad and went thru the working of it for him.
what more can i say - thanks v much

Unparalled Service
After dealing with numerous office equipment companies recently, I can only say the service, advice and support I received from Wellworking was first class.
After looking in the market for a "best of breed" chair, I was delighted with the service I received from both Gerrard Schmikl and Paul Simons at Wellworking in organising a trial of my 2 favourite chairs (Mirra and Aeron).
The support was fantastic and professional and I am delighted with my new Herman Miller Mirra.

Superb - old fashioned service!
I only considered Wellworking because they offered the Mirra chair at £300 less than John Lewis and that was enough of a discrepancy for me to notice them. I'm glad I did - their service was fantastic in every aspect. They loaned me an Aeron chair for 3 weeks and then a Mirra for 2.5 weeks - at no point did they put me under any pressure to return the chairs early to them. They did everything (drop off, pick up) around my schedule. The chaps who came to drop off the chairs went out of their way to explain how to use them and get the best out of them. When I ordered the Mirra there was a six week lead time for delivery (I customised the chair heavily) and they were even kind enough to give me yet another loan chair for the entire six weeks until my Mirra arrived! What else could you ask for? I would happily recommend them..

First-class service
I've been mulling buying an Aeron for a while, and found Wellworking via a web search. Its 'Fast Aeron' service looked good, as did the price, but I was unsure about the delivery options.
My initial email to the company was answered within 20 minutes, with an offer of 'installation' which was due to be expanded to where I live a few weeks later, although wasn't then available. One purchase later and I got another email, followed by calls to book in an appointment. Staff were all courteous and friendly.
The installation happened within the allotted hour, and the person who showed up was again courteous and friendly, and patiently showed me the best way to set up the chair for my working environment.
Overall: excellent service.

Second time unlucky...
When I first placed an order with Well Working I was so impressed with the service I received that I had no hesitation to place a second order with them.
Unfortunately the service I received for our desk order did not match the efficiency of my original order. I spent a lot of time chasing to get quotes, delivery dates and general information.

The Solution Was Perfect!
We had just purchased an iconic building in Clerkenwell and wanted to have office furniture that would do justice to our bare brick and steel environment. As a global creative agency you can imagine our Creative Director was rather demanding and fastidious about ensuring we had exactly the right chairs. Great chair, great price let down slightly by delivery
Wellworking offered the Herman Miller Mirra chair that I was looking for with ability to customise to the specification I wanted. The pricing was very competitive. I knew the delivery would be a while following order, and I was actually out of the country when it was delivered. My wife received the delivery at our house and was surprised to have to persuade the delivery person to help unwrap the chair as it wouldn't fit through our front door in it's box. The delivery person helped open the box but then left my wife to manhandle the heavy chair into our house. We had to dispose of the box also, but that wasn't a problem. Would have rated wellworking a 5 star if their delivery person had shown a reasonable level of customer support and helped my wife to lift the heavy chair through our front door into the front hallway. Poor service letting down the overall experience.

Their service was professional, The price they charge for labor is a tiny fraction of what the competition charge. The times they specified for service were spot on and even when I made a mistake and ask them to come back to fix a further issue they were happy to oblige and did not ask for further payment. The issue happened to be my ignorance on how to operate the chair.

How Customer Service should be!
From my initial enquiry through to delivery Well Working exceeded my expectations. In this day and age it's a rare find to have a company that works cohesively throughout.
Every member of staff that I dealt with was friendly and willing to assist. A name drop for Paul Simons who was very patient whilst I chopped and changed my mind about which chair to go for, so thanks for that!

I'm so delighted with my Herman Miller Mirra chair, I did my homework and was confident it was a good choice...after two back ops I had to be sure and have to say it's even better than expected. Fully adjustable in every way and perfect for back sufferers (in my opinion).

Dont like
The lady in charge would not confirm that the chair will be delivered withing 2 working days! It was delivered next day surprisingly good! There was a mix up with the delivery addresss. The order was cancelled despite my pleading!!!! Very harsh and unfriendly! I ordered my chair from Back 2, very nice, very competent, nice explicit webpage. Never again Welworking!

As you are aware, we delivered next day to the delivery address that you supplied but were not at, and then were unable to get hold of you on either the phone number or email address that you provided (our emails to that address bounced back). For your own peace of mind & security we refunded your card immediately and cancelled the order. I felt you really wanted to help
I came to Well Working in a great deal of pain, looking for an ergonomic chair which I needed fast. Studying and working from home, without a proper chair, was making the pain worse and my work was constantly interrupted. Gerhard was fantastic. Not only did he help find a chair I could test immediately, but he ensured that I kept it, and then a second trial chair, for as long as it took fo rmy new chair to arrive. Very pleased with product and great value
I recently ordered a chair from Wellworking which just arrived yesterday. The price I found was very competitive online. Having placed my order, 24 hours later I hadn't heard anything about delivery so I sent an email to check. This was very quickly replied to and I was told a delivery date and I would be contacted beforehand with a one hour slot. This was great, but I would have liked this as either an option to choose date on ordering, or at least a holding email as soon as I ordered to reassure me that I would be contacted with a date soon.
That said, I was contacted the day before with my one hour slot (and my request for morning if possible was met), the chair arrived bang in the middle of the slot and the delivery man stayed about 20 minutes explaining all the features and setting it up for me in my work environment. That was invaluable and excellent service.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase so far!
